I believe that this Hotel was the epitome of luxury when it was built. Having a magnificent Lobby, with giant-sized vases and sculptures. The decor being resplendent in copper. The lifts are dated 1989, (when Betamax Video Recorders, 8 track Stereo Cartridges & cassette tapes were around) and that was probably the last time that this Hotel was refurbished. Our... More

Well, all I can say are there are some really unreasonable (in my opinion) people reviewing this hotel. The Eurostar Boston is not a brand new all singing all dancing hotel in today's standards, but I bet it was in its day. The hotel reception is beautiful and nods to the artdeco era. We were met at check in by... More

A group of us stayed her for a large competition nearby. This hotel is in dire need of updating. The water coming out of the faucets was rusty for the first 30 seconds, our phone was non-operational, the AC didn't work, the toilet ran constantly and wouldn't flush, our safe was broken and the fridge was locked. It took several... More

Bed really hard, and room very hot.. Pillow in bed was hard, long and narrow and did not support the neck. Add a weird bar in neck height so it was impossible to sit in bed. You get it: sleep was not good and we stayed five nights. Cafeteria had less than interesting selection, but rumors had it that the... More

Location is convenient for exploration of Zaragoza on foot (about 10 minutes walking to the city center). Staff is very professional. The room was clean. I liked the availability of two wash-basins in the bathroom. View from the room is limited to a nearby building wall. Narrow entrance to the garage. To regulate air-conditioner temperature it is necessary to call... More

we had the luck to find a very very good offer for this hotel... and for 3 nights from 13 to 16 aug 2016. we spent a price even lower than for a B&B... don't know why but this made us enjoying this stay even more :o) the hotel position is not really central, but close to downtown... few minutes... We arrived in Zaragoza early afternoon and, after a second circuit of the block, found the hotel parking. No indication it is for this hotel until you are in, but there was plenty of space and direct access to the lobby and rooms. Check in was straightforward and first impressions were very good. The receptionist gave us a map and... More

Stayed in this hotel often during stays in Zaragoza. Newly remodeled rooms, very tasty setup and clean. Extremely well priced, a true "bang for your bucks". Although not close to center, still decent location. Recommend for budget and price - value ratio!

Good service from the reception people and nice breakfast. I stayed here because of a convention that happened here, so it was very convenient. You have taxis in front, so it makes it easy when you want to visit the city attractions. Confortable room, but old fashioned. I would stay again.

I am currently staying in the hotel as part of the FIBA U17 men's basketball tournament. The hotel is seriously outdated and not worth the money that FIBA and the national basketball associations are paying per night. The place is an absolute ripoff. Most youth hostels out perform this place. The carpet is old and greasy, the beds are hard,... More
