We chose this hotel based on the good reviews on Trip Advisor and were happy with our choice. The hotel staff were excellent and we would particularly like to thank the male receptionist with whom we dealt who was the perfect professional; friendly, helpful and efficient. We arrived early because of the time of our train, and although our room...

This is a good hotel but the room was dark and noisy (room 19). The staff are very nice and the location is good. The neighborhood is interesting and their are many restaurants nearby. The room was very clean.

We wanted to stay in the old section of the city and chose this hotel based upon Trip Advisor reviews and rating. We were very pleased with our selection for our 3 night stay in Seville. It is a little uncomfortable getting to the hotel as the taxi driver drops you off around a small park and points up the...

We were dropped off a bit of a distance from this hotel by our taxi. I guess we were looking confused and lost. Soon two gentlemen appeared and offered to help guide us. Check with the superlatives in most of the other reviews. I'm in agreement. Overall a pleasant hotel experience. Staff friendly and helpful, fluent English. Good housekeeping. We reserved via Internet so breakfast which was good was free. The only negative for us was the shower setup in our Junior Suite (room #1). It was a hand set above a tub....
