The staff was super nice and accommodating. They provided maps and gave recommendations on what to see and what to do. The room was small but honestly didn't spend much time in the room. However, taller/larger individuals may have a hard making bathroom and bedroom work.

Centrally located down an authentic sevillian street near the river. Small but cheerful and comfortable hostel with very welcoming hosts. Some rooms have Juliet balconies opening onto the street which is great to watch the people in the street . Recommend for fit people who don't mind climbing stairs.

This year I was travelling with a low budget, yet wanted to stay in place nice not to spoil the overall impression of the Spain. But to ruin it was impossible, 'cos all the places I've been in Andalusia for couple of weeks, I met only welcoming smiles and generosity. Hostal el Giraldillo has a perfect location as is almost... This is a great little hostal. We were able to use as a base for all our excursions. I am glad I am only a small man or hobbit as I fitted the bed but I am 5' 4". The shower was about 9 sq inches but the whole place was immaculately clean and was cleaned to that high standard... More

CONS: €5 to use A/C and was not disclosed during booking - played w/ words "expected" on this booking (air conditioning) but never mentioned that you have to pay for it. Space was cramped of course. 1st - 3rd floors were steep/narrow and you better be careful when you get up to the stairs particularly when you have big luggages.... More

During my trip trough Spain which took place in June, I visited many different places including Seville. My original idea was to stay in the Parador De Carmona, however I noticed after my second day that Seville itself was sadly not that near, therefore I looked for a guesthouse which would be located within Sevilla. The Hostel el Giraldillo seemed... More

The Hostel was beautifully decorated, and it had lots of individuality and character. The staff was very friendly, always ready to help us. The room was clean and cute, we had a little tiny balcony that looked out on the street. Rooms were cleaned every day with pleasure and the air condition worked well. The location was Excellant, about 5... More

A cosy, cheap hotel that is very clean with friendly staff. Rooms are small but this hotel is superb value for money and well positioned for exploring the old town. Just be aware that there are 3 floors, the stairs are steep and there are no lifts.

had a private bathroom, clean sheets and towels every day. Staff very helpful and the guesthouse is an excellent location for the rest of the city. only downside was that sound insulation not great, but for what you're paying this is a minor complaint. Thoroughly recommend!

We bought our flights before realising it was fiesta week in Seville and ended up paying 400% more than the off-season price at this place. The feria was fabulous, but having to spend that much money in a place like this is exploitative. Hilariously, when we inquired at reception about taking a taxi to the feria they warned us that... “Small room up steep stairs with own bathroom, but it is along the corridor from the bedroom. However the hostel is very attractive with wrought iron staircases, pretty blue and white tiles throughout. It has a useful kitchen and dining room available for guests to use. Good location.”
