This hotel has a great location...a little tricky to find because of the street it is on and the sign is kind of hidden. It is literally close to everything and walkable to do many things and eat and drink. It is especially good for families because they offer the family rooms and this can be difficult at times in Europe. You cannot go wrong staying here; everyone is very nice and hospitable; it is clean and a good price.
Situated in the town really close to the cathederal. Was expecting the reception & foyer to be more of a 4 star standard then it was but the staff were friendly & efficient. (Did not go much on their uniforms though) Our room was ok but on departure the builders moved into refurbish it so I asume that is why it wasnt 100%. We had amazing weather & we were able to sit on the roof terrace which was a perfect usn trap. Note to new visitors the complimentary coffee/water is tucked away in a side lounge not the bits on show in the foyer. Unfortunately we did not find it till departing as sat in there to await taxi. Having said this we would use the hotel again as it was a part of a BA holiday and offered great value for its position iin the town.
Though the weather was a disappointment, the welcome and service was absolutely superb. Parking availability at the hotel was a huge plus. It's a tight squeeze as the car goes in an elevator, so those of a claustrophobic nature beware. Breakfast was second to none. Wide range of healthy options, including full cooked breakfast. The hotel offers free bicycles so you can tour around Seville....excellent fun. Nothing was a problem with the staff. All wanted to help. Thank you making the stay a great one.
I was very shocked to read the complaints from other people. I found this hotel to be perfect for us. First of all, for $80, it’s a bargain. And for $80 a night, one should realize that they are not at the Ritz, and manage their expectations accordingly. In Napa, one would pay over $200 for a Motel 6 type hotel that you have to Uber to downtown. The building is older and you can hear some noise from outside in the busy city. I suggest for people to consume ample alcohol in the form of sherry and orange wine- for me this caused the noise to not be a problem and I slept in until 9 like a baby. The cafe was so nice. For 14 eu it is cheaper than the 25eu at our last hotel and has much more food. It had lots of healthy options such as veggies that I craved and freshly squeezed juices (I wonder if the foam from juicing was mistaken for “mold” by another reviewer) They had gluten free and lactose free options also. The WiFi was absolutely fine. I had no slow down from my iPhone. The room was for 4 people with bunk beds. Since we were 2, this was large for us and we had extra beds to place stuff. As for the sheets being changed, I should hope they would not be, as my sheets at home are lucky to be washed once a month. What a environmental waste to wash clean sheets, unless someone is incontinent. I liked that floors are hard. I think all hotels should have this so I don’t worry about bugs and germs. The elevators are fast. The staff is friendly and speak English if you need that help. The location is wonderful. …
We stayed here during New Year’s Eve. The location is great, the rooms are ok. Some of the larger rooms for four people are very small, you can hardly move around. Room 307 smells really bad, don’t accept that room. Breakfast is good, but the service during breakfast is terrible. There is one lady that is constantly controlling what you take from the buffet to make sure you are not taking anything with you. She gave me an attitude because I took one of my kids for breakfast first and one hour later came back with the other one. She told me I couldn’t go in twice. Terrible service.
