Delightful staff and location. Close to main shopping and pleasantly central for visiting Santa Cruz and its tapas bars just 15-20 minutes stroll from the Alcazr and Cathedral. Rooms are based round an internal courtyard and well appointed. The breakfast room is below ground and is the only reason that this is not 5 star as there is no natural...

Great location in a part of Seville I have not visited before. Reminded me of parts of the old city of Rome. Very quiet beautifully furnished hotel with very friendly staff. A very peaceful location central to the sites of Seville.

Hotels which are described as "boutique" quite often have rooms which vary one from the other. Boy is that the case with this hotel. Those of you who have read all the glowing 4 and 5 star reviews must be wondering if I am reviewing the same hotel. Yes I am, but NOT the same room. We travelled as a...

Great little hotel in a lovely location. The staff are friendly and our room was very bright and clean. The jacuzzi bath was not quite as exciting as I had hoped for but I didn't plan on staying in the bath much on a city break! We chose to stay just on a room only basis and there are some...

I shall start by saying we had a great time here, service is spot on so to the location and breakfast. On the flip side do your home work on the rooms. We were Given a double room not much bigger than the bed, I am a large chap so way too small. It did have a window to the...

The exterior and public areas are lovely. The ladies on the front desk are lovely. However, we were assigned a handicapped room on the bottom floor. Not a deal breaker but weird. When I asked if we could upgrade, we were told that we had booked a Booking.com room and anyway, they were fully booked. I looked online and they...

We stayed at this hotel in mid February for three days . We had a very bad experience. Our room was like a cell and had no windows. It was not clean. The floor was very gritty . It was noisy. We were kept up at night for the first night by noisy guests who were yelling and moving furniture...

We stayed here in Oct and loved it. The hotel is beautiful and the staff couldn't help enough, we stayed when there was a festival and the street noise was quite bad so I requested a room change, the noise is obviously not something the hotel or staff can control but they did everything possible to make our stay comfortable...

This an excellent hotel in an excellent location. The staff are all extremely friendly and very helpful. The rooms are a reasonable size with very comfortable beds. A plus was a a nespresso coffee machine in the room Some of the facilities were not open during the week but I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

We had 2 rooms in this charming hotel staying on the second floor for 3 nights. We didn't eat at the hotel so we can't comment on the restaurant & as it was winter, the rooftop plunge pool & bar with distant views over the city wasn't exactly inviting, but I'm sure in summer it'd be fun to enjoy a...
