Travellers' Choice
Hotel Sevilla Center is a privileged destination for guests travelling for either business or pleasure. It has complete services and the best comfort. The hotel also enjoys a central location and is magnificently communicated, near the AVE high-speed Santa Justa train station (0.8 miles), on Avenida de la Buhaira, whose prolongation takes us directly to the airport and the main roads around the city. It is also just a short walk away from the historical and business centre of Seville. Decorated elegantly, it has state-of-the-art equipment that is ideal to host conventions and events of all kinds. The facilities of Hotel Sevilla Center have been designed with a single purpose: that all of the guests feel well taken care of in a warm and comfortable atmosphere, surrounded by noble materials and a modernist design where light is the main protagonist. Hotel Sevilla Center has a cafeteria open all year around and a snack bar located on the pool terrace, open in summer season. It also has a Lobby bar and six spacious rooms to host events of all kinds, from conferences to weddings.

Comfortable businessroom, very large bed and excellent buffet breakfadt. The bar on the rooftop was closed because if covid but the mini pool was open and its pleasant to refresh after a walk in the city. Located just outside the city center so 15 min walk or 5 min tram.

Check-in: friendly and efficient, with all safety protocols being observed. Facilities: plenty of elevators ensure social distancing is almost pleasurable! Room: magnificent, clean, spacious, comfortable, well equipped and with all “touchable” surfaces (tv remote, etc) sanitised and sealed. Cafeteria: well-spaced tables, friendly, helpful and efficient staff explain the menus well (and can provide a printed menu should you not have a SmartPhone with QRreader capability), ....and the food and beverage range was excellent. Parking: conveniently under the hotel itself, reasonably priced but a little cramped, even for European sized vehicles. Only fault: it would have been nice to learn in advance that the excellent panoramic restaurant is open only at weekends. We had planned to eat on site to limit our outside exposure, but ended up taking taxis to and from another favoured eatery.

We came with my partner for a weekend of celebration of my 35th birthday and our 5th anniversary. - the receptionist didn’t care about it at all, he even didn’t bother to say happy birthday... he was completely indifferent, not friendly and nor unpleasant. the hotel was only in 20% full but he wouldn’t bother to upgrade anything for us given the covid circumstances - the room was basic, noisy from the busy street and very 90’s decoration. no kettle, no tea nor coffee... only two small bottles of water. for a 4 star hotel it’s rather surprising... - there is a swimming pool (it’s not heated at all, so the water is around 19 degrees), not working sauna and tiny fitness room. we only enjoyed jacuzzi. overall experience is disappointing unfortunately. we thought the stuff would make an effort to make tour stay somewhat nicer but it’s not the case. our receptionist did the least he could.

Dear guest, Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear you had such a frustrating experience, but I really appreciate you bringing this issue to my attention. After talking to the person who attended you, he assure that he said "Congratulations" to you as soon as he knew about your aniversary. However, I´m afraid that is not a reason to upgrade. Nor the occupation percentage we could have, wich was not the 20%, I can assure you. About the room, If you had any noise problem or facilities request, we would have been happy to fix it for you. Due to Covid-19 safety measures, our minibars have no items, except two bottles of water which, by the way, are a courtesy. I´m afraid our swimming pool is open air and not heated. Our guests usually use it during spring and summer season. But we keep it open for those who want to use it out of season. Despite all of this, If you felt offended by anyone of our staff, please be sure that I will use your feedback to improve our guest service. I hope we have your confidence again so you can get a better experience. Best regards.

Good location, good hotel: swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, just only one thing - bed linen changed on the fourth day... I know now it is not so easy for everyone, but if they fix that option it will be the almost a perfect place to stay

Our tour group stayed here for one night and the room was so hot & stuffy I'm glad it wasn't longer. The hotel is within a few blocks of a tram station (5 stops to the tram but will take you to the big tourist area). Amenities: no hand/bath towel. no clock. Old very weak hair dryer. Small refrigerator but filled with items to purchase. Safe but didn't work. Hotel supplied small piece of soap, shampoo & gel but had to ask for anything else wanted including tissues.
