Apartments are excellent value. Location is within on block of bus stops and Hop on off. Lots of restaurants nearby. 24 hour office and onsite restaurant. although we only ate there a few times, it was good and very reasonable.

Our room was spacious, with a separate bedroom (with TV), bathroom, kitchen and large dining and living room. The outside of the building doesn't look that great but inside is quite nice. The hotel is near everything you'd need to spend time in Seville. We were there for 4 nights.

Recommended by their associated hotel Patio de la Alameda which I've stayed in but was full, this hotel is on hip Alameda de Hercules so is bang on the money if you want to engage with the vibrant side of Seville. I won't go into detail but the receptionist rescued our New Years Eve by going the extra mile. People...

The hotel itself isn't notable and the parking spaces were very small. The rooms however were marvelously comfortable and contemporary. The kitchen was a great size and the layout of the apartment convenient. The hotel is near many restaurants.

Room was clean and well equipped (although a kettle in the room would have been a bonus). Rooms cleaned everyday and beds turned down. Lounge and bedroom comfortable. Just off the Almelda de Hercules so close to eating places and about 20 minute walk to the cathedral. Definitely preferable to a hotel room.

The location was perfect, the apartment was nice and the building fascinating (pld sevillian houses) but in 4 days they never cleaned the apartment and many other things were kind of neglected.. there is no possibility of making breakfast even if it is very close to many bars and supermarket.

Overall really good stay: Positives: Perfect location for us. - Steps from the Alameda de Hércules: cafes, restaurants, bars - Hard-ish beds - Little kitchenette and a big fridge Negatives: - the TV in the main room didn't work (another one in the bed room) - a bit far from the main attractions

I went to La Feria in Sevilla but I booked a few days before going and pickings were slim. I found a decent rate here, and booked a room for three. However, my idea of three was three singles, and their idea was a couple and one single. We made it work, though. The kitchen is very convenient, as a...
