Located in Seville downtown, le petit Paris is a charming establishment with a french taste, nice treatment and many details that only a family with 30 years of experience knows how to offer them. Fully renewed in 2013, it has modern facilities with a fashionable and fancy decoration that will make yourself feel at home. Inaugurated in 1989 by Mr. Jose Manuel Sanchez y Mrs. Mª del Valle Perez, le petit Paris is a dream came true, in order to contribute with their efforts for the local hospitality improvement.

Took the airport bus to the city center bus depot. We asked directions from people but they were not familiar with the hotel, but the GPS on our phones easily brought us to this hotel. It's walk-able to the sites and plenty of shops and restaurants around. There is no elevator, so you have to carry your own luggage if you're staying on the upper floors. Also, there were no windows to the outside. Rather the small window opened into the hallway, which was not ideal to open because you can hear the chatter and other sounds from the courtyard. The staff were friendly and helpful, the bathroom was a good size and clean, the beds were comfortable.

We stayed for 4 nights at Le Petit Paris. It is a small hotel in a quiet backstreet, close to the bus station and within walking distance of the city centre. The room was very clean, and comfortable. We noticed that a number of rooms have no external window, but ours had a window that looked out onto the street from the second floor and was fine. It was very peaceful at night and we didn't have a problem with traffic noise or passing pedestrians. The hotel has a small roof terrace, which is ideal for sitting reading when the weather gets too hot to walk around. There is no facility for meals, but there are plenty of nearby cafes and bars. The staff were friendly, and the hotel was ideal for what we were looking for and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Seville.

Ground floor room was basic but clean across from reception so heard every guest coming in and out hotel as well as the staff due to a marble floor. Small internal windows onto atrium of reception so privacy was an issue. Paper thin walls as others have said. Would not recommend.

This low cost basic hotel is ideal for a one night stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable and of an ample size. We stayed here as we wanted to be near the bus station to catch a bus to Granada. This hotel is not the easiest to find and is 8 - 10minutes walk to the bus station not 2 mins. as we were led to believe. We would stay here again if we were passing through Seville.
