We enjoyed our two night stay at this lovely hotel. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean and COVID restrictions were being followed. The rooms are well designed and the beds were comfortable. The double head shower was amazing. Our balcony had a lovely view of the Courtyard and it’s pretty fountain. Breakfast each morning was delicious and the waitress was friendly and very hard working. The hotel is well located to explore Trianna and its yummy tapas bars. A special mention for the amazing Pepe (on Reception) who was the most helpful person we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting, thank you for making our stay so memorable.

We had a four night stay booked at this hotel, which was made almost a year ago via Hotels.com, and we have been forced to cancel as Easy Jet have cancelled both flights. The flights were EZY6901, 15.40 on 27th August, and EZY6902, 10.45 on 31st August 2020. Easy Jet offered three solutions, switch dates for free, request a voucher with a 12 month usage period and finally receive a full refund. We contacted the hotel to enquire if we could change the date to next year prior to deciding which Easy Jet option to select. As the booking was made pre Coronavirus, we did not select the cancellation insurance option and find ourselves dealing with a hotel who are intransigent to the problems being experienced by travellers in this pandemic period. The hotel are refusing to change the date and Hotels.com have recommended that we either find an alternative way to travel from the UK to Seville or find two people who can use the booking. Great service all round !! The hotel cost was almost £700.00 and the hotel simply want to retain these funds without providing an option to change the date. A warning to others of how this hotel treats it’s customers. We will return to Seville however we will not book the Hotel Zenit Seville as there must be many hotels in Seville that regard customer service as a priority.

Contacted the hotel to move dates for a stay I pre paid and booked for my elderly parents that are currently scared to travel and was advised that any amends would result in a loss of the full funds paid In our current climate this is disgusting behaviour and a poor example to the travel industry. Even after explaining this to the hotel they had no compassion and all they were interested in was keeping the money. Outraged!

I love this hotel. It is new, clean and modern. My family stayed in connecting rooms (Premium Familiar). Below are the pros and cons. Pros: Staff were very nice and friendly. Fast check-in and check out. Clean, modern rooms and bathrooms Location is 15-20mins walk to Catedral Rooftop pool and bar Garage parking (€19 a day. Hotels in Spain charges a garage parking fee unless it’s a parking without cover). Breakfast was delicious Restaurant food was also very good Cons: None I would like to give a big shout-out to Sonia and Juanma at the hotel’s restaurant. It was the birthday of my daughter and we wanted to order a cake the day before her birthday, unfortunately it wasn’t available since the restaurant just recently open due to covid lockdown. But on the day of my daughter’s birthday, they surprised my daughter with a slice of cake and a candle when we had our breakfast at the restaurant. Thank you so much Sonia and Juanma! The little gesture made my daughter’s day extra special! I highly recommend this hotel and I definitely would be coming back to this hotel when I go back to Sevilla.

Stayed here in July 2020 right after the reopening after the lockdown in Spain. The coronavirus measures in this hotel are omnipresent - at times it rather felt like a hospital and not a hotel. Hand sanitizer everywhere, signs telling you where to walk and where not, safety and security advice, and so on... When checking in they would take my temperature which made me feel very uncomfortable. At the pool upstairs the would meticulously keep track of the amount of people entering the pool area. Felt so sorry for the guy who had to sit there in 40 degrees heat for 8 hours just to count people and take their room numbers. I've stayed at two other hotels with pools in Andalucia during this trip and in none of them they would do that. Appreciate the service but if you ask me it was just over the top. Instead they should have opened the bar earlier and not at 8pm when the pool actually closes. Rooms: Beautiful design, looked just like in the pictures. Very minimalist. Loved the bathroom. All very clean, housekeeping was great. However, the room I got was very dark. There was literally no daylight because the window was facing a shaft, so it was surrounded by walls all around so close that you could almost touch them. I think rooms like this should be sold as "without a window" because THAT really doesn't serve the purpose of a window. Also, they gave me a room with two single beds even though I was traveling by myself. Didn't really understand that. The fact that I was assigned a dark room with two single beds even though the hotel was almost empty was kinda disappointing. Staff: Everybody was very friendly. Especially the guy upstairs at the pool and Sandra at the front desk. Very efficient. On check-in it would have been nice to have some more information (like breakfast times, pool hours, etc.), instead it was just like "OK here's your keys, your room is XXX on the 2nd floor. Byeeeee". Pool area: Priceless. Just amazing. Perfect views and just so relaxing. Water temperature was perfect on a hot day in Sevilla. Only downside was the limited amount of sun beds and shades. I was lucky because I always got there early but many people didn't get a lounger or had to sit in full sunlight (and you really don't want that in 40 degrees). Breakfast: Great selection, friendly staff. Because of corona measures everything had to be ordered from the waiters which was a little annoying because they were either busy helping other guests (imagine a family of 5 ordering a million things from the buffet) or hiding in the kitchen and would only come out when a new guest enters the restaurant. After my first order nobody came to check if I needed anything else or a refill or anything. And once again, the hotel was nearly empty. Not sure what this is like when it's fully booked. Coffee wasn't the best, tasted very watery. On the first day there was no eggs because "something was broken in the kitchen" and I was thinking to myself like what kind of hotel isn't able to at least get some water boiling and put some eggs in it?? It's a beautiful hotel but if you plan on staying here make sure that you get a room with a window that actually faces the outside and ask for a king size bed if you want one. If I were to stay here again I would probably skip the breakfast. There are so many little cafes with outdoor seating around where you can get much better coffee.
