Had read a few negative reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. Very spacious entrance area, attentive staff, friendly and helpful. Lovely room, very clean and spacious. Roof top pool is being refurbished, but could still relax on another roof top terrace and pool offered across the road at another hotel. Enjoyed it very much, already booked to return next year, looking...

Fernando III is very well situated in the barrio of Santa Cruz and within easy walking distance of the cathedral and the Alcazar. The hotel is very nice, the room and twin beds large and clean and the breakfast buffet delicious and fresh. Up on the roof (in the sweltering heat) you'll find the pool area. But - beware of...

Great location in the center of Seville. Walk to cathedrals, museums, and restaurants. Taxi cab a footstep away, as is the Pharmacia. So many restaurants like Altamira and Modesto. Excellent service at the front desk to assist with tours, recommendations for everything. Spacious rooms, but the beds are FIRM.

Booked a superior room which was adequate, disappointing that there was no tea/coffee making facilities. Room was a decent size for 2 people although the bathroom was cosy. Big balcony but only 1 plastic chair!! After 3 days of asking, we finally received 1 additional chair (no table) but the next day they had both disappeared!! Very annoying to find...

I stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights. The room was well equipped, spotlessly clean and, given a location very close to the tourist centre , quiet. Service was pleasant and calm..just right to de-frazzle me on a hot summers day after I'd been travelling since 4 am. I didn't eat at the hotel as there were dozens of cafes...

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms are eco friendly. Free wifi! You must insert your key to a slot that allows electricity to work in the room. The bathrooms are great and big, not like most European hotel bathrooms. I would stay here again. There's also a bar that has very good drinks. Free breakfast in the...

This place was recommended by a friend because it is located in a very good central location, walking distance to sights, restaurants, bars and shopping. I did have concerns about some of the negative reviews especially regarding noise, but in the end went ahead. I was not disappointed and glad that I didn't let those affect my decision. Check-in was...

We honestly had to check we were at the right hotel on arrival. After reading the negative reviews we weren't expecting much! Our room was spacious and has everything we want except a powerful hairdryer. It has a fridge and safe. The beds are comfortable. The location is exceptional. The rooftop terrace is a bonus and is being refurbished but...

Although a little tricky to find it was well worth the effort. Good clean room with on-suite. Lift for upper floors. Breakfast buffet was very good. The hotel is very central to the lovely city of Seville with lots of eating places and little lanes to explore.
