I emailed this hotel on 9th January 2021 requesting a refund as our flight to Seville this coming June has been cancelled. After sending numerous emails I have still not received a refund. On 18th February the hotel asked for my bank details in order to refund our booking even though I paid on my credit card. I have sent several emails since and still no reply from the hotel. Dreadful customer service which I would neither re-book or recommend this hotel in the future. Very disappointing
This hotel is a horrible scam. I, like others I've read, cancelled my reservation in August due to Coronavirus and have not received my refund. The hotel has said over and over they are processing the refund and I will receive it shortly. It has been almost 4 months and I do not have my money back. They asked me for extremely confidential bank account information, pictures of my credit card statement showing the transaction, and still will not give me my money back. A lot of money. DO NOT BOOK HERE. Terrible service.
I was due to stay at this hotel for a week in September but due to covid restrictions I was unable to go and having paid up front for bed and breakfast I hoped for a refund. Unfortunately they were unable to provide one but promised a voucher for the full amount which could be used until end of 2021. This has not been forthcoming even though they promised to email me excuse after excuse and now no contact. Extremely bad customer service very poor cutomer relations, to have paid for a service and nothing back im bitterly disappointed.
We had a 4day/3 night visit to Sevilla, and chose this hotel based on other reviews in Trip Adviser which we can now fully endorse. The location in the heart of ‘old town’ is a great base for visiting most of the city’s sights and all within walking distance. It is also great for nearby restaurants and nightlife. The staff were wonderful, very helpful and friendly with a special mention to Alex from the pool bar on the rooftop terrace. Another bonus was the free car parking which is a godsend in a city where parking is at a premium. The room was very nicely decorated and had a massive bed which had extremely comfortable mattress and pillows. The COVID restrictions are being adhered to stringently, with all hygiene measures being applied in public areas which was very reassuring. A great stay and we will definitely return.…
My wife and I stayed for 3 nights in October. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was nice and clean. All of the major places of interest with a short walking distance. This was in COVID times so did not get to get a full feel for everything as hotel was very quiet (few guests). We did not choose to eat in the hotel as wanted to make the best of being in the middle of everything. If you are not a confident driver would suggest parking 1 or 2 kms from the hotel and getting a taxi there but saying that I drive a large estate (station wagon) car and had no problems.
