Finding the hotel was a nightmare through the narrow streets of the old town of Seville. When we arrived in the afternoon heat (46 degrees) the reception staff were rude, abrasive and generally unpleasant. We chose the hotel because they apparently had their own parking...More
We stayed one night at the hotel, and enjoyed our time. We had some issues finding the hotel as our GPS sent us on a scavenger hunt around San Gil's narrow lanes.
Nice rooms, great breakfast, but no views.
This is truly a wonderful hotel in a wonderful location in a very friendly family area. There is a short walk to a delightful plaza with many restaurant opportunities. The only reason I did not give it a five star is due to the noise...More

Hello. regarding driving. The streets are pretty tight so assuming you don't have a really big car, it'll be ok. It is a bit confusing around there, we did go round twice before we found the right street! There is temporary parking solely for the hotel opposite. If you park there, drop off baggage and your mother and tell them you want to park the car, they will get a member of staff to show you where the car park is - it's underground with security gates. Just one street away. When you need the car, just ask and they will come with you to open the gates.
Tour buses - if you turn left out of the hotel, then first right and keep going you will come to a plaza type area. You can pick up a tour bus at either end. It's not really that far. You can get tickets at hotel, they have leaflets about tour buses. Worth doing, and you can get on and off as much as you like. Hope this helps. Regards Elaine
