We needed to spend a night in Seville on our way down south. This hotel is newly built and has a rooftop pool. The rooms are incredibly clean, extremely spacious and well-designed. The service is friendly and helpful. Near to the railway station, it’s extraordinary value for money. It’s about a five to 10 minute drive from the city centre and that may put some people off. But given how we were ripped off in Paris just a week beforehand, this could not be a greater contrast. Again, proving you don’t have to spend a fortune (and in this case, far from it) to find a lovely hotel with great staff.
Fantastic hotel, with great rooms,so clean and staff so helpful and friendly.Rooms are so spacious, there are bars, restaurants, shops and supermarket all within a few minutes walk as is the main train station. If you want to go to the old town you can get a bus or taxi each way for 7 euros. We are hoping to return to the hotel in October.
Went to the bar to pay for breakfast, put my wallet down on the bar to pay staff, turned my back and when I went to pick up the wallet it was gone. Bearing in mind the Hotel was on LOCKDOWN at the time and was hardly anyone in the restaurant. I did complain to staff and tried to report to police which was the most difficult task of them all. I had to wait 24 hours for the Manager to let me see the CCTV. When the manager did appear the following day, he was in his office for a good 1 - 2 hours before he spoke to me. He showed me the CCTV you could clearly see me get my wallet out of my bag and go to the bar to pay, but from there on you could only see the back of me and no wallet in hand. It does seem to me that the CCTV was edited by the Manager. The Hotel would not report to police on my behalf. I went to the police station to try and report this, but they advised me by translating the language on my phone that it was not possible. If anyone does book this hotel then please be careful, there was no one else in the bar area at the time, it does make me wonder who stole my wallet??…
Hotel is well located for the railway station - Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent choice for breakfast and cooked options available. Room very clean and tidy and quiet. Twenty minute walk to the Cathedral. Hotel has a restaurant where we were able to have a meal at 9pm on a Sunday. Would definitely use again.
We arrived before check in, and were given a fantastic welcome. We had a free drink in the comfortable bar, and in no time, our room was ready. Comfy bed, shower fantastic, quiet despite being at front of hotel. Breakfast good, with lots of choice. Even tea pots, which was welcome. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, even printed our train tickets. It is a good walk to Cathedral, Plaza de España- about 15 minutes, but if you need a bit of help, there are buses just around the corner - head for Prado de San Sebastian. Station is walkable - 10 minutes max, but buses just outside. The roof terrace is lovely, views to Cathedral etc. Small pool and jacuzzi - if it wasn’t February, I’d have been in! Hotels in the centre are rare and/or expensive, so this is a great choice. Thoroughly enjoyed it!…
