Lovely and very clean hotel, amazing staff! Very special thanks to Melisa who helped us with a very important issue. The rest of the staff was also very helpful! Thank you guys!! We will be back... Kind regards to all of you!
Stayed at Casa de Indias for 4 nights in March. Wonderful hotel with fantastic staff in an excellent location. Beautiful building with roof top terrace overlooking Metropol Parasol (The Mushroom). Small swimming pool with sun loungers and bar service. Good selection of drinks but no food. Large room with Queen bed, nice décor and lovely shower room. Comfortable bed and no issues with sleep quality or noise. Breakfast is very good with an excellent selection and choice of food including cold meats, tortilla, selection of cheeses, fresh breads, fresh juices, cereal, cake, coffee and fresh fruit. Would have no hesitation recommending this hotel for location, staff, décor and facilities.
Ask for a room that doesn’t face the square, very noise with young people enjoying themselves through out the night. Seating at breakfast is limited if there are more than two of you dining together.xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx.
Bad sleeping quality due to noise outside as room faces the plaza and during the day in corridor we can hear noises of people talking constantly, and when people closes the door. We woke up a few times because of these.
We stayed 2 nights at the Casa De Indias in February and were really impressed. The hotel is in a great location for exploring the city and well worth the value. Check in was simple and friendly. Rooms good six’s and just the right temperature. We asked for an extra pillow and this was provided promptly by the hotel team. The rooftop bar was an absolute bonus and was ideal for catching some February sun.
