We spent 3 nights in Seville here. It was our second H10 Hotel in Spain and we found this to be a good reliable hotel chain with an emphasis on friendly service. ROOMS: our room was a decent size, with enough space for bags. It was a little dark, but the light coloured coloured bedding and walls which made it a bit brighter. There was a coffee machine and pods in the room but no tea. However, they brought a kettle to the room when we asked and we bought some teabags so that was easily sorted. The bathroom was clean but narrow and it was a tight fit between the basin and the shower. LOCATION – It was not very central although still within walking distance of most sights, but only just and it’s probably fair to say that some people would consider it too far from the main sights. The Cathedral was 15 min, Alacazar was 15-20 min and the Salvador Church, 10 mins. There are several good spots to eat nearby – we went back twice to the excellent El Rinconcillo (8 min). SERVICE – Staff was consistently friendly and the desk was always manned. We were offered a complimentary glass of cava on arrival, which seems to be a feature at H10 hotels and is a very nice thing, indeed. They provided maps and lists of suggested restaurants. Before our arrival, I had emailed the hotel with a couple of questions and received a reply within 24 hours which is also a good sign of service. FACILITIES – The lobby is very attractive with several lounge areas. There is a breakfast room and terrace in an Andalusian style courtyard. We didn't have the breakfast here so cannot comment.…
This hotel combines Spanish decoration, wonderful staff and comfortable surroundings to give a really good base for a long weekend break. The hotel is close to tourist attractions and the hotel staff are very happy to help book excursions or offer advice about where to eat etc.
Small attactive hotel in a quiet part of the city. We found it wasn't the ideal place to stay for sightseeing as there was a fair walk to the main square & catherdral area. Staff were pleasant and helpful (had to change rooms as there was a bad smell of drains in the first room we had). Lobby area ia spacious but we found the bar service slow to non existent on the night we tried to get a drink - gave up in the end. Rooms were comfortable and the buffet breakfast was good. The restaurant doesn't open in the evening meaning you have to go out. Plenty of cheap eating places close by but we didn't find a good up market restaurant in the area. Ate at the Barrabas restaurant on the calle Monsalves twice which was good, especially the tapas on a Sunday afternoon.
We (2 couples) stayed here for 3 nights. The check-in process involved a glass of bubbly or a soft drink and that set the tone for this hotel. The check-in staff were efficient, friendly and informative. The rooms were clean and functional and each had a coffee machine and a mini-bar, bathrooms had a plentiful supply of toiletries. Breakfast is a self-service affair and provides a very good range of hot and cold foods. The hotel location is excellent, turn right and walk for 5 minutes you will be in a square with eating establishments all around, turn left and walk for 15-20 minutes you will be in the cathedral area where, once more, you will find numerous restaurants. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for a pleasant stay in Seville.
Great hotel with an amazing staff (Susanna, Jorge, Paco). Room was small but clean and modern. Parking was an issue because there is no parking at the hotel and you can barely stop to unload bags. Wifi is slow.
