We had booked this hotel for an Easter break. The hotel was closed due to the pandemic and they refused to refund our money, they also refused to confirm they were closed so we could make a claim through our insurer. This hotel lacks any level of customer care or professionalism.
This little, charming hotel is perfectly situated in a quiet corner of Sevilla's old town, close to the Cathedral and Alcazar. The rooms are very clean, each differently and tastefully styled, the beds comfortable, the entry hall gives the feeling of being in a private home. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful and gives the impression that they like their job. The breakfast is optional at EUR15.-, offers different selections, freshly made. A little gem as long as no little children are staying there. Thank you for offering us such a pleasant stay.
Our party of four were lucky enough to be assigned to rooms 17 & 18, which had private outdoor terraces that overlooked the Alcazar Palace gardens. It felt like we had our own private garden with peacocks that we were able to enjoy each afternoon. The hotel location is tucked away in a quite area but close to all tourist attractions. Also, a Carrefour Express grocery store was 2 minutes away, which was super convenient. A big thank you to Laura and Maria at the reception desk as they were super helpful with sightseeing tips and bookings. We are looking forward to staying here again the next time we are in Seville.
This was a great hotel in a beautifully converted casa, with all the amenities you could want. The breakfasts were delicious, the afternoon teas an unexpected treat, and the staff smiling and helpful. The hotel was in the wonderful old town, just around the corner from the Alcazar and Cathedral, both must see destinations
The hotel was very well located in the old town and was great for walking and sightseeing the old town, as well as the other attractions in the city centre. The hotel was extremely quiet and peaceful - no vehicle or pedestrian noise. Our room was extremely comfortable, breakfasts were great, and the service from the staff was extremely friendly and efficient. Our stay at the hotel contributed greatly to a wonderful three days in Seville.
