For a five star hotel. Their staff (Giraldo) was in gross negligence of how one speaks to a client. I would never recommend this hotel to my friends. The rooms are clean. However, when you have incompetent employees working at a five star hotel it is in my opinion not worth it. I had a nice time at the Melia and Barcelo Sevilla. I highly recommend these two hotels.

Beautiful rooms. Location is close to a shopping mall. Check- in was okay. You can hear your neighbour eating Doritos. So that’s a min Now something about the service; I wanted to take a bath, and figured out that there was no bathrobe. 30 minutes later and two calls farther I had my bathrobe. The QR- code wasn’t working so I couldn’t check the service/ order food etcetra. The people who are working here where very stressed. I didn’t want to call again to complaint about this. I decided to order food with deliveroo. Before I took my bath after a long shopping/ business day, I called the reception for delivering my food. They said they could do it. I jumped in bath to relax. After a while the delivery guy called me and told me they don’t accept the food ( didn’t understand him first so he called me 2 times) He waited outside for like 15 minutes. I called the reception almost crying if they can bring the food upstairs they said it wasn’t possible. I begged them. They where so hard no, no. Because of the stressed personal, bad service, it makes it a cold hotel. The elevator is a hell, the card need to be activate everything. I visited many many hotels around the world ( also during corona). I am a simple Dutch lady, but this was a really no go! At 00:00 a customer is begging you to bring her food ( what you promised me to bring) and you are taking about not allowed. When I went downstairs is saw 4 ppl around the reception doing nothing. But bringing the food for 1 minut was to much? So heartless sorry! The hole allure and vibe of this beautiful hotel isn’t worth it your money!

After being promised a refund due to Covid 19 for well over 6 months. This hotel has now decided to ignore all of my emails. and even had the cheek to put the phone down on me when I called!!... I'm now owed over £600 from this hotel without a resolution in sight. Awful customer service, and most certainly not a 5 Star Hotel. Disgusting.

we stopped at the magnificent Eurostar tower on an overnight stop and wow what. ab stop the hotel is magnificent the tallest building in Andalucia with the most unreal views .. we checked in with the most pleasant staff I have encountered in Spain was upgraded as well to a junior suite (bad. point I can say of this hotelcan it get any better ) we went out for a short walk to the cathedral area for some tapas and again was not disappointed only 10 minutes walk from the hotel your in a different world with all the old streets crammed with bars and cafes absolutely fantastic .. unfortunately we went back to the hotel and went to the bar which was closed (due to covid19 ) thiis the only bad point of this review . breakfast in morning was fantastic the orange juice is amazing where do they get them oranges from ??????? hahahaha but all joke aside the breakfast had everything you could wish for the check out was a delight no issues and parking is directly under the hotel . no messing with this place its the best
