Thankyou so much especially to Martha, you made our 2 days a wonderful experience, great clean, friendly, comfortable place right in the heart of it with a view of the cathedral, you will not be tricked with this option, nice roof terrace and even breakfast on top, thanks team.
We had room 122 (I think) + location very walkable + restaurants nearby are good + roof terrace is A+ + nice staff + room appearance + balcony & street view + room darkening curtains - LOUD, continuous street noise on a Monday morning starting at 6:30 am. Loud enough to hear through earplugs, although they help. Tuesday a bit better. - Internet spotty - We slept on 2 twins pushed together. The mattresses were foam, but it had compacted in the middle, so they were rather dipped & hard. Not enough to be unbearable, but not terribly comfortable either. I would stay here again, but only if there wasn’t something else available in the neighborhood for under ~$75.
Location was perfect. Cathedral two minute walk away. Bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Rooftop terrace was very nice. Free walking tour from the hostel was well worth doing and was very interesting. Helpful staff who printed off our boarding passes for us. Good security. Good communication about the late check-in process. Breakfast was pretty poor. Just packaged cakes and croissants and no bread. There was a big group in for the first 2 nights of our stay and they were quite noisy in the mornings going onto the roof (our room was next to the terrace). We were also told by their group leader that we weren't allowed on the main part of the terrace as it was reserved for them. Hostel really needs to sort out its environmental and recycling policy. They used plastic for everything and just threw it all in the bin. There were plastic cups for all the drinks which were thrown away and they could easily have used washable cups. The groups had breakfast on the roof and all the plates, cups and cutlery were plastic and thrown in the bin. There were plastic mini shampoo and shower gel bottles in the bathrooms, when a refillable dispenser could easily be used. Nowhere to store anything in the room. No hangers on the clothes rail. No shelf or light for top bunk. There are no kitchen and self-catering facilities at the hostel.…
We are here now. In the heart of Seville. Rooms are great and the receptionist is super help full. After thinking we would arrive late, she gave instructions in how to access room, luckily arrived earlier than expected. Wow. We are really in the midst of Sevile.
Despite the photo on the website the room was uncomfortable. No bathroom no wardrobe. Breakfast was really poor. I believe that cheap doesn’t mean unsuitable. I’m sure that in the Inn there are rooms more acceptable, so check your room before!!!!!!
