We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Gomérez suite. Maria was prompt checking us in and the 2BR apartment was spacious and homey with a view of the Alhambra. We loved the central location just steps from Plaza Nueva and the Carrera del Darro but on a quiet street leading up to the Alhambra. The apartments appear new and clean and the building has an elevator. This is a great choice in Granada away from the crowds on Carrera del Darrio. The roof top patio was an added touch with a wonderful view, but it was a bit cold to use while we were there. The washing machine functioned perfectly and we were able to do numerous loads of laundry.

Loved this place. Location was perfect. Apartment was excellent. Maria was super helpful, right from the first day, when our flight was late and she stayed to welcome us. Lovely roof terrace which was surprisingly free every time we took our glasses of sherry up there! Highly recommended.

We loved our stay here. We stayed three nights here in a wheelchair accessible apartment on the first floor. The apartment was very spacious and decorated beautifully, equipped with a kitchen, a nice outdoor terrace area. The apartment was great for a wheelchair, with large bedrooms and bathrooms. The hardwood floors were also great for the wheelchair. As we apartments are built within a stone building, the rooms are cool and comfortable in the hot summer. We didn't even need to use the air-conditioning. The location is excellent, located in a small street at the base of the Alhambra, only a two minute walk to Plaza Nueva where you can find lots of cafés and some great gelato shops. Banks, pharmacies, and minimarkets are all very close by. The wheelchair friendly Granada city tour tram has a stop at the Plaza and passes right by the apartment. The only thing I would say is that the apartment is located at the top of the hill, so you do have to walk uphill to get to it. For a push wheelchair this could be difficult, but in an electric wheelchair it is fine. The street was flat and there were no cobblestones. Maria José made our stay particularly comfortable. She greeted us at the door on arrival, help us with parking, and showed us places to visit, eat, and directions on the map which was very helpful. She also helped us arrange a taxi that was wheelchair friendly. As a lovely surprise, Maria organised a breakfast tray loaded with pastries, milk, juice, and other little treats, which was left in our room for us. We highly recommend staying here due to the great service, location, and quality of the apartments.

This apartment was outstanding! So close to Alhambra, which means the family can wake up at a reasonable time to arrive for the 8.30 opening and only walk a very short distance. Note, do make sure you have tickets in advance for the visit. The view from the apartment balcony and the rooftop terrace was lovely - a great place to watch sunset and relax. The apartment was spacious and very clean and the welcome supplies were very thoughtful and saved us needing to shop for breakfast supplies. There is a washing machine too which is great for family holidays. A big thank you to the lovely Maria who took the time to explain the many sites to visits and to recommend places to eat (and even a perfect bakery for a birthday cake for my daughter). We cant speak highly enough of these apartments and highly recommend to anyone who visits Granada.

Even before we reached Granada I was on the phone with Maria as she provided information to make our arrival easier. If you are reading this and planning to go to Maria's excellent little hotel you should know that despite appearances you can drive up Cuesta de Gomerez to get there. Maria is a wonderful and engaging hostess: the hotel is a perfectly modern space with very comfortable beds, beautiful furnishings and a handy kitchen with all you might need. The gate to the walkway up to the Alhambra is just steps away and just down the street is Plaza Nueva which is a hub of activity day and night. It was a great experience spending three nights there,
