I like this hotel and, thus, have stayed several times therein. It’s convenient (not downtown but well connected) and with a good price/quality ratio. This time I had an interior room, which is quiet but does not allow you to enjoy the views. The staff is always friendly. I believe the gym should be renovated (I actually had a minor accident with one of the weights that was not in good condition). They should also implement the environmental policy (already in place in some other hotel brands) to encourage hosts (staying more than one night) to avoid daily room cleaning.

Strongly recommend not to use this hotel. We stayed for a night at this hotel. The restaurant had unwashed plates and glasses. When we pointed this out to the service staff they did not care. The cleanliness of this hotel and the attitude of the staff are very poor.

Were do we start…me and my partner and little girl booked this holiday because of its numerous facilities such as the gym sauna and hot tub but do not be fooled!….we understand some of the facilities were restricted due to COVID however there was no email to warn us of this before we arrived (and we had paid upfront for the hotel) the hotel itself has a musty weird smell all around plus the maintenance has not been kept up to standards-curtain drape, toilet seat and fridge fell apart. The pool area is small with little beds -every bed chair and sun umberella is broken and ripped-the hotel doesn’t look like it has been refurbished in years. The bar does not open until 5pm most nights meaning there is no holiday music or drinks around the pool. The catering staff are unbelievably rude to English-being dismissed because they did not speak English. The overall service is fairly good-I lost my bikini and towel of the side of our balcony which they got straight back. However the cleaning service is terrible-bath wasn’t cleaned out and they kept forgetting toilet roll they also never replaced water bottles -which they charge you for. Tiny fridge and not very spacious in rooms. I would not come back here with my family

It's not to bad for the price you pay for it, if you want to go to sierra nevada is good place as it's next to the road so you don't need to go in the city, This was my second visit and if I planing to go again to Sierra Nevada moast probably going to stay at this place.

I have to give this hotel a terrible rating because of the fact that 3 days prior to arrival they phoned me to say the hotel is over booked on our last night and they will have to move us to their sister property. The sister property is in central Granada but parking was twice the price and there is no spa or pool facilities which is the reason we booked this hotel in the first place. We also chose the location as we wanted to be as close to the ski resort as possible so location was important. We booked this hotel back in October so obviously other people have booked after us and because the hotel prefers their booking over ours maybe because they are paying more or staying longer, we are getting told to move! I cancelled the reservation and booked with a completely different hotel in the end. This is just greed and bad management.
