The hotel is very pretty. Our room was lovely -- especially the shower, sink and closet area that were cleverly designed as part of the entryway to the room. We had a corner room and two sets of windows. Really a pleasure to spend time in that room. Wifi did not work at all the entire time. The front desk...

We stayed in the junior suite for 2 nights in January. Great hotel. Loved the fire in the lounge. Perfectly chilled Sherry. Our room was small- too small for more than a couple of nights. It had an amazing terrace with spectacular views towards the mountains. Room was so quiet we heard nothing- no people, no traffic, no doors- nothing....

We got a deal on the internet (Weekenddesk) for two nights in January 2013 with massage and spa access included and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The package also included a bottle of champagne on arrival and aromatic candles and everything was just as promised. The rooms are luxurious and also very comfortable and homely. It was freezing outside but always...

This is our second stay in this hotel. It really is very good indeed. The staff are friendly and the rooms very comfortable and clean. Hotel is very atmospheric. Large wood fire in lounge, beautiful. Breakfast is also very good. Lots of great restaurants in the area. We stayed here before heading up to Sierra Nevada to ski.

This is a great hotel located in the center of Granada, staff is excellent, there when you need them but otherwise you feel your in your own home. The place is quiet and the common areas are a great way to relax from a long day visiting the Alhambra. The courtyard garden one of a kind in Granada, the breakfast...

This is a great choice for a city break its a very calm space in a bustling city and right in heart so easy for shopping and sight seeing. The staff are very good you park direclty outside the hotel and they drive your car to their parking. If you have any problems with this you can continue up the...

If you like romance, eat excellently, be well served ... in the hotel restaurant ... together with a letter of excellent foods accompanied by an extensive wine list white, red and pink ... enlivened with a heady smell of scented candles and good views. This is your restaurant.

Lovely hotel that was exceptionally comefortable and central. Didn't get wifi on top level but no worries. Very attentive staff who went out of their way to assist us. Reasonably priced and very comfortable beds!!

Our room on the second floor was compact, but very stylish and comfortable. The small space has been used quite imaginatively and the beds are comfortable. The only small criticism is that, as other reviewers have already pointed out, the Wi-Fi is a bit flaky. The parking charge is 20 euros per night, which is a little high, but worth...
