We stayed in the Alhambra-view room at this very well maintained hotel, appreciating not only the lovely view and comfort of our room, but also the proximity to restaurants in the area, convenience of the bus stop right outside the hotel, lovely breakfast offerings, and kindness of the hotel staff. Staying at the Santa Isabel la Real really enhanced a...

This charming hotel is on a cobblestone street high on a hill in the historic Albyazin area of Granada. All of the rooms surround a Moorish courtyard that is open to the sky during the day. The rooms are comfortable and the one sink bath is generous. It is very quiet and with the courtyard fountain bubbling during the day...

Stayed in Albaicin's Hotel Sta Isabel la Real - perfect, private, central to all that's important. Alhambra a huge adventure with Musement.com tour, whose guide knew every inch of the history and drama and told it as an adventure. Dinner always outdoors, and at Mirador de Aixa overlooking the Alhambra and snow-covered Sierra Nevada at sunset. After much analysis we...

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice, good beds and dark enough to let you sleep in. Easy access to all major areas for site-seeing and going places. On the Route 1 for the little shuttle bus. And you can walk all over the place. Included breakfast was A W E S O M E!! my wife...

Nothing as great as a great bed, a quiet night, a lot of water pressure and a fortifying breakfast, right? A helpful staff and an ok location doesn't hurt, and the rates were reasonable. Room 5 is unremarkable but did fine for this American, Newly-retired couple for 2 nights.

This small hotel is full of character and in an ideal location. At the top of the Albacin but well away from the bustle of the main part, it feels almost countrified. From here you can walk into town or out to more open areas including Sacramonte. It is a very short walk to the best viewpoint of the Alhambra...

Decided to book this after reading the reviews and it was just amazing. We booked a superior room and it had tons of characters. You will be extremely fit after hiking up and down to the historical centre. Breakfast was also excellent and will set you to for the day. We asked the hotel to arrange Alhambra tour guide tickets...

This hotel is a small quiet hotel located in the old town in a historical building . The only reason I don't rate it with a 5 it's because the breakfast is quite basic. If you are driving, contact the hotel first for parking. Access to the area by car is restricted. Overall highly recommended and I would choose this...

Not your typical hotelish hotel. Up on the other hill across from the Alhambra and a short walk to a viewpoint -- the mirador San Nicolas -- of the Alhambra, which is magnificent. There is a peaceful courtyard with a central fountain in the Moorish tradition; the furniture is of "old" Andalusia with modern bathroom (no bidet) and real keys...
