Went to Granada on a whim whilst in Spain, without booking ahead which I usually do. The Landazuri was the first hotel I walked past, and looked attractive outside and in the lobby. However, as it was on the road up to the Alhambra I thought it would be expensive. Having looked at a couple of other places, one particularly...

This is a cheap hostel in an amazing location just minutes away from the Alhambra. We probably would have enjoyed it if the owners had reserved a car space for us as they promised, but they didn't and this did ruin our stay unfortunately as it's a nightmare to park anywhere in Granada so we were counting on this. The...

Management response:

Dear Madam: If a customer needs parking they included it at the booking in the same time like the room. If you have not booked the car park and when you arrive there is no place available I do not consider it my responsibility. Many people try to park on the street to save money and when they see it...

The people who run this pension are very nice and helped me find everything I needed (Granada is where I spent an "errands day" while on a longer trip). The hotel itself is very attractive, the breakfast is good, the location is very convenient. Clean and well run. Recommended.

We didn't stay here, but were recommended to try the cafe for breakfast by Lucy from GoGranada. So impressed were we that we had breakfast on several occasions, it was well prepared, great coffee, good tostadas and also excellent eggs and bacon. Did I mention the good value, and the reasonable cost? I want another cup of their coffee now....

I've just stayed at the Landazuri for 2 short stays of 2 nights and 3 nights and have stayed there several times in previous years. I love everything about this hotel - the location is superb on the road leading up to the Alhambra - there is no traffic noise! There's a beautiful roof terrace giving fantastic views of the...

When we arrived we were shown 2 rooms and told they were 30 euros so we shifted from the hotel that we were staying in cause it would be cheaper then the 4 star for 50 euros a night. The room smelled and you can hear EVERY sound in the hotel. When someone flushes the toilet, takes a shower, closes...

Dear Madam: We are sorry that you misunderstand the fees are clearly marked on reception in a large poster. 45 euros per double room with bathroom and 34 euros for double with shared bath per room and night. Even we offered you a discount of 4 euros per room with shared bathroom. We ALWAYS inform of the two rates and...

The title gives a pretty good overview into the perks provided by this excellent accommodation. Its a family owned Pension where all of the staff is extremely friendly and will do anything in their power to guarantee you have the optimum visitor experience. Whether theyre guiding you to the iconic Alhambra (which is conveniently right up the street from the...

The most convenient, efficient and economical pension in Granada. Located on the street that leads to the Alhambra (8-10 minutes) away, the Albaicin, Morraccan quarter, Sacromonte and the same distance in the opposite direction to the modern city center. This hard working family run business has it all. Large and small rooms with private or shared bath, cafe/bar from 7AM...

There's no elevator, the bathrooms are shared and one of the beds was hard. But my first trip to Europe was made special by the efficient, hard-working staff (even with my flawed Spanish!) and charming ambiance. The attached (limited-menu) restaurant was perfect for light breakfast before climbing the hill and waiting in line for La Alhambra. If you want center-of-Granada...

Affordable Pension literally on the street leading up to the Alhambra. Multiple floors so you must be able to climb steps, but the stairs are nicely decorated. Balcony shared by everyone has a wonderful view of the Alhambra. One staff person was there all the time, so that was convenient for walking the cobblestone streets at night. Very nice staff...

“No elevator. We were on the second floor, and the only noise was from the lobby as people entered or checked in and the sound of guests climbing the stairs in the evening. It's possible that the third floor would be quieter, but that's speculation.”
