As previous people have said this is not a four star hotel maybe a 3 star but it is clean and functional and really good value for money it's not in the best location but if you don't mind a walk it's about 10 mins from the centre. Alhambra is about 30 minute walk up some steep hills but taxi...

The room size was adequate with a place to leave your suitcase open. Shower was nice with plenty of hot water. Bed was a bit too firm for my taste but I still slept well. Staff was friendly. Wifi was free and worked pretty well. Buffet breakfast was good - not the largest selection, but quite good. Air conditioning worked...

We stayed two days in early May, and enjoyed our stay. The reception staff were helpful, and parked the car for us (the hotel entrance is a bit of a nightmare for those with cars - narrow access, and a two way drive-in-drive-out - doesn't compute!) The reception area is open, and well designed, with plenty of sofas - and...

The hotel is located in one of the main avenues of Granada. Rooms are clean but not too confy. Service was good though and the people in the recepstion were very welcoming. It is walking distance to the main city centre.

Very suitable for disabled. Our room was spacious compared to European standards. Room for scooter and walker. Not cluttered with furniture. Bed box at end of bed was great for 2 suitcases. Comfy bed. Bathroom was spacious and well laid out. Dinner and breakfast was very acceptable. Highly recommended.

We visited Granada to see the Alhambra during a holiday on the coast. This hotel was a haven from the hustle and bustle and the staff were helpful and friendly. They parked the car, helped us to our room and gave us directions. The room was peaceful and comfortable and we spent a happy couple of days in Granada. We...

This a second review as we stayed here back in 2014. We were so happy with this hotel when we first stayed here 2 yrs ago that on a second visit to Granada we had no hesitation to book it again. The hotel is in a great location, a 3min walk to the best coffee shop in town (Casa Ysla),...

This hotel is not top shelf, but it is above average overall. We stayed 3 nights. Rooms were roomy enough and comfortable. Bathrooms nice. Hall floors are tile and high heel click clack noisy. Walls are very thin and hotel neighbors noisy. Heavy doors slam loudly overnight and in morning. Streets are busy till 1 AM and pedestrians noisy. That...

Lovely room, comfortable bed, helpful staff, great breakfast and Granada! wow what is there to say!! We hadto keep a window open as the room was too hot but that was a minor blip. Secure parking means youcan leave the car and walk everywhere, much the best way to see a city

The location was perfect to arrive by car. Granada has a lot of narrow streets that are hard to access by car but this was not an issue. The hotel was easily accessible and the hotel staff parked our car. The breakfast buffet was nice and the room was spacious and clean. The only negative point was that the room...
