Hard to beat the location, 2/3 mins walk from centre, cathedral, royal chapel. Also close to street with many restaurants and bars. But for a 4* hotel the rooms are a little tired and front ones face nearby bars so noisy. Breakfast v good and staff v friendly.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The good points are it's close proximity to city centre and bus for Alhambra, as well as clean room with comfy bed. Unfortunately there are quite a few slightly negative points: - to get to hotel by car it's a tortuous route through very narrow roads and one way streets - the...

Enjoyed the hotel very much. It's a beautiful restoration of an old palace. The front desk provided excellent customer service and were very friendly. The rooms are well decorated and spacious and it feels more like you are in someone's home than at a hotel. Did not use the dining facilities so I cannot comment. The hotel was extremely well...

Superbly located hotel in the center of Granada, excellent price and hotel also has a parking and they are not in a hurry for you to remove your car after check out. Staff is very friendly and ready to help. Room was very cozy and it had a nice long size bed!

We thought that this was a great hotel! Clean and comfortable with very friendly, helpful staff and a nice breakfast, and very good shower. I don't think the location could be better only 5 minutes walk from Plaza Nueva and a couple of streets from Calle Navas with many Bars and restaurants. Walking to the Alhambra or the viewpoint Mirador...

Very helpful, good room, good service. Comfortable, friendly place. It is tucked away near the cathedral, surprisingly quiet. The style is Moorish but not over the top. It is very convenient for local sightseeing. We took a taxi up to the Alhambra because the heat this week has been exceptional, but normally it would be walkable. Good breakfasts, nice tapas...

First class accommodation in an ideal location. Could not fault the hotel or staff, who very friendly. Unfortunately, did not get a chance to sample the food as we were on a bed only deal and the restaurant appeared to close fairly early. However plenty other places offering excellent fare close by.

Nice and clean hotel in the heart of Granada. everything within a walking distance. Situated in a Square where there's almost no traffic so it's quite quiet. The building is classic Andalucian architecture. Nicely sized rooms. Very good breakfast. Free wifi. Would recommend for a nice stay in Granada.

Rated as 4 star but not a 4 star even by Spanish standards I would guess at a low 3 star Small hotel tucked away in a quiet street a few blocks from the cathedral 10mins walk and from plaza nueva one of the main streets with cafes. Rooms are basic and small no coffee maker but very clean beds...

Clean and spacious rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good as well, with buffet but also option to order items directly from servers if wanted. Location was within walking distance to places to eat and bus stop to get to La Alhambra. Would stay here again.
