What is Certificate of Excellence?
TripAdvisor gives a Certificate of Excellence to accommodations, attractions and restaurants that consistently earn great reviews from travellers.
Good hotel and pleasant staff. Only difficultly is requirement to get a taxi and walk cobbled streets from drop off point with cases. No assistance given. Very near to L'Ahambra Palace and good restaurants and bars.
We stayed for 4 nights so booked a delux double at over €200 a night. When we got in the room I couldn't even shut the door because there wasn't enough space for our one bag.

Prime location in historic centre, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, TV and safe with great service and attention to detail. Free tea time sandwiches and cakes, a nice touch as well as continous supply of botted water.
