Hotel Casa 1800 is in the heart of where you want to be, yet located at the end of a pedestrian street where it stays very quiet. You can walk outside the door and be in the heart of everything and within walking distance of Alhambra. The hotel staff is amazing - before our stay they helped me to decide...

Granada was the highlight of our trip to Spain and that was complemented with our stay at Hotel Casa 1800. The room is actually quite small and pricey but the overall ambiance and view outside the window made up for that. The free breakfast and tea-time is a major plus for me, the pastries were good and the unlimited supply...

This hotel was converted from an old house into a hotel. It beautifully decorated with a central garden area where the hotel offers free afternoon tea. The tea service offers coffee/tea and an assortment of sandwiches and treats. It's perfect for a recharge before your afternoon adventures. I took a bath in the deep tub, then donned the fluffy bathrobe...

This hotel has had some great reviews and these are justly earned. The staff were without exception wonderful, really helpful, tolerant of our dodgy Spanish and fluent in English when needed. Our room a junior suite was lovely. Afternoon tea is worth enjoying but we felt the breakfast was a bit on the expensive side for what it was. Plenty...

Hotel Casa 1800, like many other hotels in Grenada, is inaccessible by car - though that seems to be the only drawback. The hotel is tucked away in the corner of the Albaicin, the old neighborhood, and is walking distance to the Alhambra and to many of the best restaurants and bars. The hotel is slightly more expensive than others...

We only spent 1 night here and it would be hard to criticise anything. The reception, the hotel, the location, cleanliness, furnishings, breakfast, all excellent. The only criticism was the size of the room, we certainly couldn't have coped with more than one night it was beautiful but very cramped for people like us who are used to more space....

This hotel is located right below the Alhambra Fort; a 30 minute steep walk, if you do not prefer a taxi. Located in the old walled city with cobbled and narrow roads. It is close to wide array of restaurants and tapas bars; a major tourist area. It is a old heritage property, beautifully renovated to incorporate all required amenities....

The wife and I were looking forward to this much awaited retreat to Granada. After 6 months in the desert, I was exposed to much undesirable conditions. With that being said my expectations were not high beacuse i was so used to a crappy place. Long story short, I was not amazed at all. Sure it was located in the...

A short hike from our taxi, but very quiet and clean. Except for a booby-trapped serving table (small surface with lots of glass and china) close to the foot of the bed, the cozy room layout worked well for 2 people and luggage. The delay-off key light control is a welcome change from the usual room-key hand-off. The top floor...

My wife and I have spent 4 nights at the hotel and we were extremely satisfied with everything. The location is perfect, the staff were polite and obliging, the room was clean, the beds comfortable with lovely view.
