We enjoyed our stay at Palacio de Santa Ines as the boutique hotel is very nicely decorated, and very well located at the foothill of the Alhambra and the Albaycin neighborhood. Easily accessible by taxi who can drop you either at the Plaza de Santa Ana and Plaza Nueva (taxi stand) or down the Cuesta de Santa Ines. Even if...

We had the warmest welcome imaginable - the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had a lovely spacious room with a veranda over the inner court of the hotel. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The rooms are also beautifully decorated. The hotel is at the edge of the Albaicin and perfectly located for excursions as well as for...

You can't reach this hidden gem by car..it's in an area where only taxis are allowed. However, it's an easy walk off the Carrera del Darro, up the Cuesta de Santa Ines. Walking through the heavy wooden doors is like stepping back in time. The Palacio de Santa Ines is a small hotel with a huge amount of charm. It...

The view of Alhambra was spectacular and the room had a very nice Andalusian décor. It was very difficult to reach the hotel. We had to leave our car in a park garage in the centre of the city, call a cab and carry our suitcases up the stairs without any help. They did however refund us the taxi charge...

A charming 500 year old "palace" with a contemporary art collection, comfortable spacious rooms right across from the Alhambra and in the heart of Albaizin. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful and informative. Would stay here again in a second.

Quiet rooms with view up to Alhambra light at night. Quiet rooms, nice afternoon tea of pastries and coffee ( complimentary) Aaron and the team are exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful and welcoming. They genuinely enjoy their work! Very central location to town centre, albaycin walking tour, and up steep hill to Alhambra. They helped us buy Alhambra tickets too.

A two night stay here, to visit the Alhambra. In terms of location & value for money, it's hard to beat. Hotel is in the old part of town, up some stone steps from the road in a delightful 16th Century building. We found the hotels instructions to the car park at Placa Real, easy to find. Just beware that...

Very attractive hotel, in old place/palace, that has great rooms (no views, as far as I recall); high ceilings, with actually nice art on the walls, a rarity in most hotels; centrally located; good breakfast; Truly excellent reception staff.
