🚫DO NOT STAY HERE🚫 !!!!! Small, stuffy, smelly room with "broken AC". We asked at reception if we could move to a larger room as the one we were given was unbearable in the heat.... The receptionist ummmed and ahhhhed and we were told to go somewhere else if we weren't happy. She eventually allocated us slightly larger room (still...

I stayed here as part of the Expat Coach tour of Spain and Portugal. I am a short story writer, my books: Moments in Time, Bumpy Roads, Here Comes the Sun-Perhaps? and So that's Life. ROOM Clean, king size bed, large room with balcony. Safe and fridge supplied but no electric jug. Definitely 4 star accommodation. BREAKFAST Buffet comprising scrambled...

The hotel is located in the centre of Granada making it easy to reach all turist attractions. However the internal fortinure and the quality of the service is too poor to rank the hotel above the average of the city. When we arrived it was evident linens were the same of the previous guests. The internal corridors are fully covered...

Older hotel in the heart of Granada. Rooms were large with ample space for luggage. Bathroom was large too. Elevators were tiny. You have to walk up 10 steps to the next floor to get elevator. Breakfast was average. Staff was friendly, room was clean.

Booked Monumental room; see pictures on my review. Not as nice hotel as in pictures in their website. This hotel is from 1970's by its decor and room comfort. Only positive facts were prime location for the city, clean sheets and fresh prepared fruits in breakfast. Remember that few five star hotels are situated directly at bar area, pedestrian streets,...

Stayed a couple of nights with a coach party of twenty odd. Room clean, bathroom clean. Did not sleep too good for both night's stay. There didn't seem to be sound insulation between walls and floors and windows. There were no carpets on the floors, only tiles. and people who for whatever reason decide to drag around furniture at all...

This hotel advertised to have both parking and air conditioning.........it had neither!! We checked in and found our room to be musty and stuffy. On seeking the operation of air conditioner we were told to open up a window which led to a small closed in courtyard. We were then told that it wasn't the time of year for their...

Positives - the staff were friendly and helpful, the location is good, the hotel was clean, and the wifi was pretty good. Negatives - there's two reasons for the low rating. First is the temperature - for part of our stay, the rooms (after speaking to people we were travelling with it wasn't just ours) were *very* warm. There are...

The hotel was very clean, with ok internet. The reception and housekeeping people were lovely and professional. The room was clean but very very small (looks like smaller than the picture) The breakfast was good too, for 7 euros and the lady responsible for the breakfast was very friendly. There were noise at the corridor, even late of the night....
