Really great hotel with friendly and helpful service team. Fantastic location opposite the Alhambra. Modern, well sized room and we even eat at the hotel restaurant 9which we usually avoid) and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the meal.

We arrived for a 2 night stay in Granada and found this hotel on line. What a find it was, simply across from the Alhambra itself and so perfectly located. It was €4 to €5 into the city centre by taxi; I certainly would not recommend driving in Granada. Our room was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful....

In a way it's not entirely fair to review this hotel as it wasn't where we had booked to stay in Granada - see my review of Casa Palacete 1822 where we were double booked. However having said that it turned out well as the hotel is very well located for the Alhambra - a five minute walk as well...

We've had an excellent stay at this hotel and I can really recommend it. The location is perfect if you don't have a lot of time and want to focus on the Alhambra. The rooms are quite big, modern, and very well decorated. The service was really good and the breakfast was excellent, with a big variety of high quality...

Very friendly staff. Quiet, peaceful and comfortable. Very complete breakfast. Nice shower that is like being under a waterfall. We had lovely garden views from our room and a big and comfy bed. Will return in the near future.

I got lucky with a good rate for this hotel which had only been open for a few months when I made my booking so I didn't pay 5 a star price for the luxury. I think the location of this hotel could only be beaten by the Alhambra Parador which is within the grounds themselves. The hotel itself is...

Booked on January 3rd for a junior suite for 3 nights through hotels.com I then notice on the 5th January that the hotel made a transaction on my card for 87p (€1 I assume) was charged a none sterling transaction fee by my bank then received...
