The hotel is conveniently located right smack in the centre of town - there are malls and plenty of shops plus restaurants, and it's within walking distance of the cathedral. Bed was good, bath was decent, breakfast wasn't bad either.

We were part of of a tour group who stayed for 2 nights and it would not be my choice of hotel if we stayed in Granada again. Check in by our tour leader was good and the front desk staff were very helpful when we asked them questions later on. The room was fine - the bathroom shower was...

We were only here one night, but enjoyed our stay. This is a nice hotel, convenient to the downtown area. The restaurant in the hotel was good, recommend the pasta with bolognese for dinner, although everyone who was in our party seemed to enjoy their meal.

We were on a bus tour and found the location to be good, opposite a department store. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, room large, and wifi. Breakfast on day one was mayhem with lots of groups. Day two was fine.

We stayed 2 nights as part of a tour. They seem to specialise in tours as one coach after another arrives in this centrally located large hotel, and the reception staff are efficient and helpful. But our room was so gloomy that had to use a torch to read the safe instructions and difficult to read a book away from...

We visited Granada last year and had a great hotel, but it had a bit of a walk into the City. So this year we wanted to stay a little closer. The Carman was great for this, and we were out of the hotel more than in. The room had good air con facilities, which was used a lot and...

My wife and I travelled on an organized bus tour of Spain and Portugal through Gate 1 in October and stayed at the Carmen Hotel situated downtown for just 1 night. We wish we cold of stayed longer as Granada is spectacular. Alhambra Palace, a short drive away from the hotel, is an absolute gem. Our room on the end...

Came to Granada for a long weekend as the cultural part of a beach dominated holiday. Hotel was in excellent location, within easy walking reach of the main city centre, Cathedral etc. The hotel was typical 4 star hotel of Spain but this one had wonderful views across to the Alhambra from the roof top terrace bar and restaurant. Staff...
