We had a peaceful sleep here in a comfortable room, breakfast is a very good buffet. Short walk to the cathedral and the Alhambra bus stop. lots of palaces to eat at nearby. Would stay here again. fin

Clean, comfortable, quiet room, looking towards the Alhambra. Great location with a car park (€20 per 24 hours) just a few metres away. Having read other reviews, agree that reception is busy but we didn't find it to be any more than hotels in other main cities. We're tourists too. We ate out so can't comment on breakfast.

The hotel is of the usual Melia standard although the "Melia Guest Room" booked via British Airways is not the superior room that BA led me to expect, it was the standard room. The bathroom was quite small and cramped and the bed had a very hard mattress. The main problem is that the hotel is used by many bus...

We had a fantastic stay at the Melia, the hotel is centrally located - an easy walk to the Alhambra and all the other sights. The room we had was spotless and spacious, robes were a nice extra! The breakfast was good value. We had an issue with a tour I had booked myself and Beatriz at reception was most...

A great location in the middle of everything. Clean comfortable rooms. of course being so close...that means be prepared for rooms that may be quite noisy with the restaurants and nightlife around it. Ask for a room on a higher floor away from the street. The breakfast was very good.

The AC in the rooms is preset and controlled from another controller. You do not have control over the desired temperature, I Wish the hotel fixes that so gusts are more comfortable. Location is great . Walking distance to all amenities

Stayed in late April and found rooms of a good standard and staff very helpful. On their website an offer of 10€ per day is offered if you book direct. Ensure this is shown on your confirmation email as ours wasn't. Although it was honoured after our first day it was an irritation having to get it instated. If you...

Given its great location right off the old town's center, yet quiet enough to grant a good nights sleep, this place is a wonderful choice for a stay in Granada. All their staff is competent, nice and customer focused despite of the masses of bus tourists that stay at the hotel and pretty much swamp every aera when present. Fully...

Nice enough room & location but huge bus groups descend on this hotel and they don't have the staff to deal with it. Breakfast room not large enough when everyone arrives for peak hour breakfast and then they can't clear the tables fast enough, run out of food like eggs, coffee machine not working, can't find a clean cup anyway.......

Very disappointed. We were not given the room we asked for, but after a bit of persisting the following morning, we did get it. We were told that we would have tickets to visit the Alhambra, but was not to be. Staff were not too helpful to resolve our predicaments. Having said this, the breakfast was vey good and not...
