Hotel located in old city center allowing to discover the city without car, just by foot. Receptionists not very helpful (maybe better if you speak Spanish, we did not). Breakfast quite limited (canteen coffee and over-ripe fruit) and personal in restaurant not so kind (maybe again due to the language). Rooms basic and not well isolated.

We stayed here only for a night, and overall loved our stay. The hotel is clean, with good rooms and location. One can walk or take the city buses for pretty much all the major attractions from right outside the hotel. The hotel is right off the main street in town, but not right on it, which provides needed peace...

We had a spacious, modern room in the old city, Albayzin. The Cathedral was just down the street. The bus to Alhambra was a 5 minute walk also down the main street. The Plaza St . Nicolas was a short bus ride up the hill for those spectacular Alhambra panoramas.. There were tons of restaurants nearby within walking distance. The...

Decent room in superb location. Several restaurants in walking distance as well as shopping. Parking offered but the most cramped garage I have ever seen. Took me 20 minutes with 2 people to squeeze into a place 3 floors down.

Choose the hotel based on t/a reviews and were not disappointed. Great location, very helpful reception staff especially the daytime lady. Modern very clean hotel contactless door card operation, in room facilities with good selection of teas and coffee. Free in room safe. Good size bathroom with walk in power shower.

I visited Granada (Alhambra) together with a good friend in December 2016. We picked the hotel based on TA's reviews and weren't let down. Excellent location and very helpful staff - all in all a very pleasent experience. We had booked a guided tour in advance to the Alhambra, and even if it was pretty expensive (€52 apc), it was...

Although quite tricky to drive to as the hotel is centrally located in the historical region of Granada we were met by Lisa in reception who was very welcoming and were able to park at the hotel as we had made a reservation to do so. The parking is quite tight and a lesser driver than my partner would have...

Clean and centrally located hotel. One thing was the parking. We were 7 people so we had a van and had made reservations to park there. When we got there the parking was full and we had to park in a public lot like 10 blocks away.

The location could not have been better. Easy access to many parts of the city and walking distance to the Alhambra. We spent 2 nights in Granada and would stay here again. The facility is modest but clean and comfortable.

Stayed two nights in the hotel. This is a clean and well maintained hotel. Toiletries are comprehensive, and bathroom facilities very good. Nice shower. Service at this hotel is also good. Front desk personnel are very helpful. Parking is expensive at 22 euros a day but if you are driving there are very few parking options. The parking is at...
