Don't get me wrong, the hotel is old world beautiful...but, our room is the smallest we've ever seen! The bed is hard and the pillows are flat. The food is not that good and is overpriced. Some of the front desk staff were friendly and helpful but most of the wait staff left us feeling like they had disdain for...

Dear guest, We appreciate your feedback and your help to improve. All our rooms, renovated in 2013, offer the minimun size according regional law. On the other hand, staff and food use to be very high valued aspects for most of our clients. We are really sorry if they did not please you. We look forward to see you again...

This hotel is directly across from the Alhambra grounds, so of course it's fancy and expensive. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, but I wouldn't eat here: breakfast (included in our room rate) was ample & delicious, but lunch was overpriced and pretentious, not a mistake we made twice. They also didn't seem well-organized; we returned from our day out...

We spent two nights at the Alhambra Palace Hotel. It is a lovely, Grand Hotel. Perfectly situated for a stay in Granada. We loved the spacious lounge and dining area which exudes class. The outside eating and drinking area is likewise stunning. The staff are friendly but business like. No overt enthusiasm or friendliness. We occupied a Suite on the...

We did not luke the RUDE Reception from front desk! U hope being African American isn't factor...... Stay at the Washington Irving next to hotel. The cab driver recommendation. The Alhambra Palace was great! All must see to learn of the mathematics influencing the structure.

Hotel is right there, 5 minutes walking to one of the Alhambra entrance. Bus C3 is in front of the hotel as well. Hotel room is spacious and decoration is very attractive Moore style. Front desk is also very helpful to answer questions. It's not easy to drive the car there due to hills and very narrow streets.

This hotel was chosen by us for our trip to the Alhambra in Granada as it is very close (a five minute walk) to the entrance. It is a beautiful hotel which is very proud of the famous guests they have had there. The food on the terrace restaurant was great and there is a fantastic view over the city...

It is a wonderful place; a copy of the Alhambra Palace. It is the best luxuries hotel around the area as well. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. Little bit more expensive than average hotel, but worth the money!

We had lunch at this hotel which is immediately adjacent to the Alhambra - a must-see historical site when one visits Granada in southern Spain. The hotel is nicely appointed and our lunch and service was superb.
