Stayed here may 22 for a week I would say its basic accommodation but ideal for somewhere to sleep for the night, that said it was very clean and tidy and all staff pleasant. After you walk through fly alley to get to the Kristal it's actually ok. We had the breakfast which wasn't great but if your happy with toast and cereal you'll be fine, no full English here I'm afraid. Had a room which wasn't with a balcony which had great views of all the other rooms, heat keep your curtains closed Would book again but would go room only as there's plenty on the doorstep to enjoy.

We stayed here for three nights and enjoyed our break. Centrally located, 4 minutes walk from station. Nearby shops and restaurants, plus a nice walk to beach. Son stayed in a separate room and he was happy with shower and air con! Only downside is not easy to find as down alley way and not signposted from pedestrian precinct. Find Café Roma, 1 minutes walk from there. We parked in Municipal car park and it was only 30+ euros, reasonable! Would stay again ☺

Booked a cheeky week for a little sun, ended up locked down in what felt like a prison cell. We arrived on the 10th of March so looking forward to a break, on arrival we were greeted by not the most pleasant of staff but maybe he was having a bad day. Up to our room to walk into the most claustrophobic room ever, one window that looked straight into to opposite room, thought put up with if for location. Went up for evening meal, what I've seen on tv prison food is better!! The staff upstairs not much happier than them downstairs, just a bad day maybe!!! After the most uncomfortable night on beds that creaked every little movement up for breakfast. This was ona new level!! I asked for fresh rolls because we couldn't get the knife in the ones that were out to be told no eat what was there!!! Then comes the big lockdown, not their fault!! They became even more rude to the point of frightening to death an older person and telling her pack her bag and go to the airport even though she had only just got there. We then had to share the sparse amount of food with all the other guests so if you weren't there early you wouldn't have a lot left and wven though it wasn't the best if was food. From start to finish this hotel was a let down, hopefully when things return to normal and they need guests their customer service will improve.
