Imed was incredibly kind, friendly and polite.always managed to put a smile on everyone’s faces as they walked in. Imed was my all time favourite member of staff. Overall the hotel is fabulous for families
Really appreciate the respect and support shown to my son who became unwell during his stay . Your professional attitude and treatment of the situation was very helpful and stopped the situation getting worse . A massive thank you !
We booked this holiday last minute, through on the beach and was surprised about the price of the holiday for 2 adults. We were sceptical but we wanted a holiday this year. Arrived at 1:30am, and the reception staff were all lovely. Kitchen and bar were closed but they had sandwich's for the late arrivals. The hotel was nice, a little dated and some areas needed fixing. Loads to do in the hotel (x3 pool, supermarket, hair salon, shop, spa0 and loved the activities on offer however in hindsight this hotel was more for families rather than couples. Overall a lovely week away to Torremolinos. Thanks to all the staff for being so accommodating.
Booked through On The Beach. Couldn't believe how cheap it was to fly from our local airport, school summer holidays to a 4 star hotel. Great flight times with Ryanair. Set off early and were slightly (20mins) late coming back. Airport security and baggage slick, transfer to hotel spot on - 15 minutes. On arrival the hotel appeared to be on a busy dual carriageway and typical 1970s Torremolinos high rise but we were so suprised when we went in. Gleaming glass and marble reception area, spotlessly clean and super helpful staff on reception. Our room was 2 sleeping areas (4 beds) linked by an arch plus a bed settee and a huge bathroom- shower, bath, bidet etc. Two balconies, one facing the tennis court and one with fabulous sea views over to Malaga. The road and railway fast became not an ugly feature but a fascinating one at different times of the day as did watching planes take off from Malaga. No road noise at all when balcony door closed. Housekeeping was exceptional. Every day, cleaned, new towels and beds made with a smile! The only fault with the room was a rather dated bathroom, tiling etc and a cracked, metal window to one side (covered by a curtain. However, we noticed this fascia of hotel was being replaced, the work having been done up to 5th floor so far, so hopefully hotel aware of need. Food and dining room faultless. Lots of very hardworking staff constantly replenishing buffet. Hot food cooking fresh on griddles - steak, chicken, prawns, local fish and carvery. Mexican Night, Andalusian Night, Asian Night etc. Breakfast delicious- everything imaginable plus freshly cooked eggs, omelettes and pancakes. Pastries to die for! Serve yourself wine, beer and soft drinks. Food available at pool bar all day. Bonus for teenager was slush machine and constant supply of crisps. Evening entertainment not for us- Spanish loved it and about 70% of guests were Spanish families- but there was a separate bar area outside for us to enjoy a quiet game of cards. Self service San Miguel and soft drinks, any spirits, many branded, from the barman. Always with a smile. No limits, cocktails, whatever you wanted and never any trouble. Proper glasses after 8pm, ice, lemon.... during the day reusable polycarbonate glasses- no throwing away and replaced whenever you asked. Free pool towels also available for a deposit. Daytime entertainment good- not too much or too loud, take it or leave it and loads of lovely shady and sunny grassed areas to enjoy peacefulness. No shortage of sunbeds, any time. If you enjoy pilates, yoga and aquagym, Max was fantastic, knew his stuff ...hilarious too! Brand new kids slash zone for little ones and main pool HUGE. 3.5 m deep at one end so great for diving. Very warm too. Again, spotless but tiling around a little dated. 14 year old boy enjoyed pool and table tennis tables, we played crazy golf and tennis. The tennis court and petanque areas need some TLC but ok. Hotel are aware and hopefully they will be on the next list of to dos. Huge bonus was free shuttle bus to and from Torremolinos. The town suprised us with its pretty alleyways and great variety of bars and restaurants but only visited twice as hotel food was so excellent. Also jelly fish invasion so couldn't o in the sea. Very cheap watersports on offer including jet ski but didn't risk the stingers! If you enjoy an urban walk, town was 30 mins away and a series of crossings and bridges took you over and under the road and railway...I enjoyed this. Aldi and Lidl 10 mins for water and essential chocolate! This hotel was such good value for money. Yes, there were bits that were a little run down but these were "round the back" The main areas were beautiful - gorgeous gardens and grassed areas, excellent air con throughout. The best staff we've ever come across anywhere and food absolutely 5 star.…
We have just come back from 10 days at this hotel. Lovely and clean. Staff exceptionally friendly especially the bar staff. Food not too bad never went hungry. Snack bar downstairs nice and cool. Swimming pools all a good size. Pool opens at 10 so don't have to queue till 9.15 ish. Would stay again. Down side is there is nothing at all what so ever round it. You either stay in. Have a taxi to beach, torremolinos centre or benalmádena. These are cheap enough and there's a free bus from the end of the road. You can walk it but it's not a straight path and there is a dual carriage way outside the hotel with a bridge. It would take you approx 25 mins to get to the beach. We enjoyed the holiday and as I say would go again armed with this information.
Overall surprisingly good given the late deal we got for a reasonable price. The resort is a little dated but so clean,’”spotless really. Rooms are big - bathrooms interesting ! See pictures. Food was typical A.I but they try really hard to vary it, lovely and hot though so no complaints. My biggest grumble is the main pool, it’s a lovely space with plenty of sun beds but it’s in desperate need of refurb inside, tiles are broken and black grout really put us off. Then other issue is the deep end is deep @ 3.6m so everyone huddles towards the middle /‘shallow end when just needing a dip to cool off. Staff in all areas are also excellent helpful and friendly. Overall a near perfect break but please give the inside of the pool some much needed TLC
We loved everything, all the stuff was super friendly. The system All inclusive worked perfect. Thanks a lot for the Chef that took care to cook a special food for my daughter who has some allergies🙏🏼.
Fabulous family holiday. Lovely room (junior suite). Great pools especially the Pirate ship water park. Also liked the fact that the pool doesn’t open until 10am so no rush for sun beds (which are plentiful). The buffer restaurant is truly excellent with probably one of the best range and variety of foods we have experienced at an All Inclusive. There are different theme nights which are all very good. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming and go above and beyond to help. All in all a brilliant holiday and a fantastic hotel.
Lovely clean hotel and met some great people. Travelled alone and was perfectly at home there. Very friendly attentive and gard working staff. Regular shuttle bus which is free if you want to go into the centre or beach. Anyone with small children will love it. Spacious rooms also. Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities on the room for the early morning wake ups
Cheap and cheerful. Nice clean hotel with lovely staff. Food is great plenty of selection for all meals. Very useful bus to go to city and the beach. The drinks are great too they had everything we could have wanted. Only slight issue on last day they tried to stop us having lunch and made up wait to check our reservations so that was a bit strange. Other than that everything was great
