Hotel was very clean, food was good but nothing if you took your children, bar closed every night at 11, close to train station, all the staff were very friendly and helpful, but the only thing that let's this hotel down is the old Spanish guests in the hotel were very rude and did not make the English feel welcome... Just back from this hotel Definitely not a 4 star Hotel but always given 4 start treatment Male receptionists all very helpful Meals are basic but plentiful Room a little tired, but spotlessly clean Thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would definitely return again Great advantage is the train station ~ right behind the hotel, so travel up and down the... Visited here with the family in the summer. Most staff were helpful and friendly, with exception of one bar staff but what can you do, nice pool. Tad small, but clean and staffed. Lots of floaties to use for free but be warned that it is quite deep, even in the shallow end. Lots of activities to do throughout the... More

With this 3* hotel you get exactly what you'd expect. It's clean, the food was well cooked and somewhat varied and the staff were helpful. It's located across the road from the train station, really handy for airport links and visiting nearby towns. We traveled as a family of adults aged 23 to 53 plus a 1yr old. The younger... More

We booked a 3 night break, the hotel itself & staff were great. The food was very nice & plenty of it & variety. Our only issue was that the elderly Spanish staying at the hotel who clearly don't like younger English people ( and we are all in our 40s) we were made to feel very unwelcome so much... More

I think when staying at this hotel you need to keep in mind that you've booked a 3* hotel. After reading the reviews on here we weren't expecting much but on arrival were pleasantly surprised. Good points- The downstairs areas are modern & clean with free WiFi. The pool area is nice with plenty of tables, chairs & sun loungers.... More

It's a 3 star hotel so if you're expecting more you aren't going to get it. Bar staff were friendly, the place was clean and good choice of food but it's Spain it's Spanish food so if you want burgers etc it's not for you. I wouldn't come again. Certainly not this time of year as Brits are not welcome.... More

Nice mid sized hotel. Rooms cleaned everyday. Staff very friendly. We were there for 4 nights. The food due to end of season was repetitive but there was always something to find to eat. All inclusive stay. The transfer buses will only drop off at the top of the road, so there is a walk to the actual hotel. Station... More
