We have just spent 5 (very relaxing) days in Hotel Isabel. The hotel is clean, the staff friendly, the room has been comfortable.. especially the beds. We had breakfast each morning, the food was fresh and there was something to please most people. The two ladies working in the restaurant were very pleasant. I would definitely consider coming back here.

First time staying at this hotel. It felt and looked very clean, face masks are required to be worn in all public areas and there were plenty of hand sanitizers around. Like I said it was all very clean, the lobby area was comfortable to sit in and the bar area was pleasant. Service throughout was 100% with all workers very helpfyand polite, Maria & Sylvia especially so. Breakfast was a very well stocked buffet with plenty of hot and cold options. The balcony on our room looked over the pool towards the sea and it was very nice sitting with a beer reading a book and watching the world pass by. A very nice hotel in a great location

Stayed in Torremolinos at the Isabel for a short, four-day trip. Great choice of hotel - wonderful views, really clean and comfortable - although might've not been so great at a busier point in the season due to thin walls/other guests scraping chairs/furniture across the stone floors (easily alleviated, one would assume by hotel applying soft pads to the bottom of both). Quick word about the staff who were thoroughly helpful and pleasant, going beyond the call of duty to help out on occasions. Cleaners and restaurant staff too. Would definitely visit again.

We spent a lovely week at Hotel Isabel, booked with Jet2. We had a good sea view room, very comfortable and clean, with fridge and kettle. Watching the sunrise each morning from our balcony was spectacular! The breakfasts were excellent, with plenty of choice. All the hotel staff were lovely, helpful, and provided great service. The reception staff even printed out our passenger locator form for our return! The hotel itself was very clean, with a lovely entrance and reception area. The garden and pool area were very well kept. I swam every day, the salt water pool was good.Everyone wore masks throughout the hotel, except when seated for breakfast, so we felt perfectly safe in terms of Covid procedures. We walked for several hours most days, up to the Botanical Gardens through Torremolinos, one day, down to Benalmadena Marina another. The promenade is great for walking as far as you want. We love the old town part of Torremolinos too. We would be very happy to return to the Hotel Isabel in the future, as we loved our stay and really like this area.

Room Tip: Sea view rooms are best, and probably higher floors, our 3rd floor room was great.

Location is great for the beach , but otherwise it’s over priced, a bit dated and with small pokey rooms with poor air con . I would struggle to stay here again as much better options are available. It did feel clean , however we did reject our first room due to a terrible stench

This is an excellent 4* hotel, everything is done to the best of their ability. The staff are all friendly and helpful, the hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms are of a high standard and the location is unbeatable. I stayed with my 10yo son, we had a superior room (no 301) which is a corner room with a wrap around balcony at the front of the hotel with a sea view. It was large, with a double bed and a fold away double sofa bed. The bathroom is large also. The pool area is not huge but enough for the amount of people there when we stayed, although I could see it being crowded during busy periods. There is a small pool bar with drinks and food which is excellent (try the milkshakes!). The pool is small but clean and heated a little. One thing I would be wary of is that there is only 1 lift, which is small (although during covid times that hardly matters) and if you were there at a busy time I could see there being large queues for this.

This hotel *might* have been 4 star when it was built but it is quite run down and is poor compared to most 3 star hotels/nice hostels. The staff were however very friendly and helpful. Wouldn't stay again unless insanely cheap and I just needed a place to crash for the night.

We had 10 days on bed and breakfast basis. We stayed in the middle of September. What a pleasant surprise, as we had not been to Torremolinos before and we thought it might be too busy for us. The hotel was a haven of peace, from the relaxed , unhurried, plentiful breakfast right through the day. Immaculately clean and right across from the beach. We will return

Went twice for Buffett breakfast whilst staying locally in an apartment. Great selection of fresh food and drinks. A beautiful hotel inside, all very high quality and clean. I would certainly think about staying in the hotel.
