We keep coming back so that says it all. My only recommendation would be to have more comfortable beds and or single bedding. It would be lovely to have a fridge in the room but I understand why this is not the case. Previously we had fresh fruit salads in the morning, this has been replaced by one different fruit a day, I loved the salad choice but I guess it's the cost. All together a nice stay. Not ideal if you have young children as the pool is colder and deep. I would not recommend the top floor as the heat is unbelievable and there is no shade on the balcony. Would recommend.

This is a lovely little hotel, the rooms were spotless, as were the grounds and all areas in the hotel. We were bed and breakfast, and the food was really fresh with plenty of choices for all, and because the hotel is small, we never had to queue and were able to sit on the outside terrace each morning. The hotel bar was reasonable and a lovely place to sit and watch the world go by. The beach is directly across the road which was great and always plenty to do. No issues getting sun beds near the pool, lots of shade if you wanted it. If you want small and friendly, this is ideal!

Very nice small hotel,on the beach in Torremolinos. Breakfast is very good.Nice restaurant and you can have your breakfast in the garden terace, next to the pool. Rooms are basic, clean. Definitely hotel for recommendation if you don’t care for noise at evening and in the morning. My advice is do not pay extra for see view.We payed and view is ok,not exactly see view,is on the side but it is ok. Just on that side were we got our room are some restaurants…and literally every afternoon and every evening it is so strong not nice smell old oil, onion, sausages …and some others smell of food.(not nice) Literally on the wall next to that side hotel is full of ventilation. We could not sit on the balcony at all.Smell is so strong that we could not keep open the balcony door.Very sad….nice view but you can’t enjoy it. I don’t know how is on another side of hotel..but definitely is better to take room with garden view. It had to be more quiet, definitely much more fresh air. Generally nice hotel, nice stuff but we would not come again. I will remember to long that smell :(

A whirlwind stay, far too short but better that than not at all. Staff were great, breakfast was superb and varied. The room was dated but that posed no problems as there was everything we needed and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. Then there was the pool…. I fell in love. We had no problem getting a bed, even when we turned up in the afternoon. The water was a perfect temperature and the stone tiles used around the edge of the pool remained cool enough to walk on in bare feet in the strong summer sun. The hotel is in an excellent position on the beach front, if you want a quick bite for lunch the made to order baguettes at the little shop below the restaurants next to the hotel are delicious. A great 3 night break.

Just returned from 10 days at this beautiful hotel..it was a mother daughter quality time together holiday & it didn’t disappoint…room was excellent we had a room on ground floor with enclosed terrace overlooking the pool…106…we requested ground floor as my mother has mobility issues but they do have a small lift for the other two levels…room was cleaned daily to a high standard..towels and bins changed daily…there is AC at no charge & a safety deposit box which does have a daily charge should you wish to use it…area around pool is beautifully kept with lawn & palm trees & lovely plants…there are plenty sunbeds & we personally felt the pool opening at 10am was a great idea and a fair system for use of sunbeds..any towels placed on sunbeds before then were removed. The pool is easily accessible with brought steps and hand rails either side which was perfect for my mum getting in and out of. We went HB food is a personal choice we found breakfast excellent but evening meal not quite as good and ate out on a couple of occasions…All the staff were fantastic..professional..friendly and approachable …it is very quiet despite amount of people there had a relaxing feel & felt totally chilled after this holiday…we look forward to returning hopefully in the not too distant future…thank you everyone at Hotel Tarik we would highly recommend 😎

A very friendly, clean and well situated hotel. The staff are very friendly. Rooms cleaned every day. Food and drin excellent. A shout ot to receptionist Barbara who is most helpfully. Nothing is to much trouble. Along side other members of staff who equally are there to help. I will certainly be returning.

We really enjoyed staying here, a classy small hotel right on the sea front and within easy walking distance of the town. Pleasant bar area with food on offer. We tried the house cava and at 20 euros found it to be particularly good compared to other places we had drank in. Being a small & well established hotel has its advantages , no crowds or noise and the policy of not allowing access to the pool until 10 am means no sunbed hogging ( If you are not using it why keep it ? ) We will return.

Having just come Back from 4 days at Hotel Tarik, here is a comprehensive overview if you are thinking of booking here. For context, me and my mate are in our 30s. We just wanted a few chill out days by the poolside with some. Food and drink in the evening. We found the age range quite varied but Friday and Saturday brought many more people our age. For our first Couple of days we defintely brought the average age of the guests down. Neither was an issue. Everyone seems polite and respectful. It is a 3 star hotel and in most cases that's exactly what you get but let me be clear... That is NOT a criticism. I absolutely loved this place. The Check in process was easy and well organised. The rooms are a little dated but I expected them to be. The beds were very comfy, the AC kept the room cool and most importantly they were very clean and cleaned each day. No waste basket but cleaned daily. No iron in room but reception gladly provided one. The pool is perfect for WHAT we wanted/needed.some may think its Not very big but its perfect to dip in and out of to cool down and rarely very busy while we were there. Even when the pool. Area was full, it was quiet and relaxed (it also has massage jets too on one wall if you're into that) it opens at 10am each day. Some may think that's late. Personally It didn't bother me. If the hotel is full (it seems to get busier on friday/Saturdays) then you will need to be by the pool at 955am to secure a lounger but that being said, there were often plenty available throughout the day. Failing that... The beach is a mere 20 steps from the front door. Breakfast is in 3 sittings, and you are asked to select tour "window" at check in. We chose the first sitting 7-830am. Again, not like more upmarket hotels but it manages the capacity to ensure everyone has ample time and space to eat. Can't fault the food. Breakfast is basic but more than adequate with hot and cold options. The lunch menu is excellent too (particularly the ceasar salad and croquettes) really delicious. We didn't eat at the restaurant in the evening as we explored the area. On the day of our checkout we didn't fly home until late so although we had to vacate the room (only at 12 noon) we were offered a storage for our bags, we stayed around the pool all day and were able to use some towels from Reception and a shower room To freshen up before going to the airport. Maybe you could do late checkouts in a 4 or 5 star but to me this just wasn't an issue. Lift access to all floors. Shop selling everything you might need right next door along with some bars/restaurants. It's 1.5miles to the North end of the boardwalk and you can walk much further if you head south. The hotel is perfectly situated for beaches, bars etc and it's very close to the airport so takes just 20 mins or so in a car or coach. We travelled here with Jet2 for 4 days and it was crazy cheap. I was genuinely impressed with the quality of the hotel for te money paid however my expectations were set at 3 star budget hotel. If you do that, you will not be disappointed, in fact you may end up, like me, pretty impressed with Hotel Tarik and definitely considering rebooking here again.
