Ok will start with a plus we had a nice view of pool and sea . That’s the plus done . The food was the most awful food I have ever had in holiday bland cold indigestible and I am not a fussy eater but that just takes the biscuit even took a banana one night thinking can’t go wrong with a banana but I was wrong the top had been cut of god knows who long that was laying around for . This hotel really needs to get the act together I for one won’t be back there

The hotel is clean and centrally located if you like built up highrise buildings.... the food is nothing short of disgusting, Brussels sprouts for breakfast, only margarine to spread on stale (fingered by everyone) bread, food is reused at the following meal disguised as something else, roast pork looks like tripe and everything is cold... all inclusive is not all inclusive, it means you can have something's..... NEVER AGAIN !!!!!

Visited the hotel for a week mid October with my husband and our 4 year old and 1 year old for a cheap break in half term. After reading reviews I was a bit worried about what we’d booked but was pleasantly surprised. The hotel itself is up a hill but we had a buggy and didn’t find this a problem. We had a room with a double bed, single and travel cot and had plenty of space it was biggest room we’ve ever stayed in. Rooms where cleaned daily. We stayed all inclusive and never had a problem with the food there was enough choice for us and the kids. Don’t go to Spain and expect English food! It was quiet when we stayed but I imagine in the height of summer the dining room would get cramped. However if you don’t fancy the dining room you can order pizza, burgers and salads from the bar. If all inclusive the restaurant will give you full bottles of wine that you can take away (we took ours the room for when the kids where sleeping)
I don’t understand people moaning about Spanish guests. Your in SPAIN! but also we found most of the guests when we where there where Dutch, welsh and Scottish.
There was no entertainment for the kids however not sure if this was to do with the time of year. The entertainment girl was nice though and offered crayons and games for the kids.
Anyone who’s moaned about the staff I really don’t know who they spoke too. Everyone from the maids to the bar staff embraced our children and went out of their way to talk to them and make them feel welcome.
For the price we paid I really can’t complain about this hotel.

I went on holiday with friends we had 1 double room and one twin room the rooms were clean and tidy , the beds were comfortable with clean linen . The food was little to be desired and just warm never hot . The entertainment was diabolical to say the least nothing at all for children ,and all the entertainment was aimed for the Spanish old age pensioners with no consideration for the children or the English guests apparently we were informed it was senior week for the Spanish guests , we were there in the October half term holiday . We even asked for music outside by the pool to be rudely refused by the young girl who ws entertainment employee who had no idea of how to entertain other guests including the children , her attitude towards the Spanish guests was totally bias and racially ignorant , I would not recommend this hotel to anybody other than Spanish

Just returned from a week in this hotel and found it difficult to fault.

Three of us stayed all inclusive and we found the room, food and drink all to be of a great standard.

We found all staff to be hard working and very friendly to guests.

The hotel is well positioned to get to the near by resorts of Torremolinos and Benalmadena by foot and public transport. The bus stop just located about 100 yards from the hotel lobby.

The hotels daily entertainment was varied and could be good fun at times, the young lady who organised the activities always tried to get everyone involved and made everyone welcome to join in.

On the last couple of days a group of Scottish ladies arrived on a retirement party and they really livened the evening entertainment up. The couple in the dancing competition really made me smile especially the petite lady who was so lively and full fun. (let me know where your next retirement holiday is please)

In short a good holiday and would not hesitate to book again.
