We stayed all inclusive for 3 nights and found all staff friendly and helpful. Hotel is well situated a short walk from Torremolinos rail station and not far from beach (there is an escalator nearby for anyone who can't manage up or downhill). Room clean and spacious, poolside well maintained with plenty loungers. However...the food really let's the hotel down!...

With the exception of the cleaning ladies, client facing staff are unfriendly or even rude. In the restaurant you as an All inclusive guest have to get your drinks in tiny glasses by yourself where other guests are served at their table in bigger glasses from bottles of quality brands. If you do not show or say that you have...

My Partner & I have just returned from a 10 Day Break at Gran Hotel Cervantes. We really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere of the Hotel which is in a great location, right in the heart of the centre of Torremolinos. The Hotel Reception area & Bar Area are Very Bright, Inviting & Modern. On the whole the Reception Staff are...

We stayed here as our usual accommodation was being renovated. It's much bigger than we usually opt to choose. The hotel was however very good and staff and rooms were excellent, The pool area was relatively good with the area locked off until 9.00am. There were stag and hen parties but these were not that apparent.

2 of us on a golfing holiday stayed B&B from Sat13th May to Sat 20th May. Breakfast OK if you like continental. Rubbish for a fry. Bacon was fatty and almost transparent it was so thin. Scrambled egg, rubbery. Cannelloni beans, small and hard with flavourless sauce. Sausages soggy and full of fillers. Much better fare locally for between 5...

Dear Victor T, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. We sincerely apologize for the discontent caused....

As part of the often mentioned Irish Group, my wife and I considered our 7-day holiday as one of the most enjoyable we ever had. The hotel is lovely; great clean room and bathroom and balcony. Can't understand previous comments like 'dated' or needing refurbishment'. The lifts were much better than other hotels so no criticism there. Poolside, there were...

On the night we arrived(sunday), hotel seemed lively, there was entertainment in the main reception which was good....for the first night (however we then spent three nights listening to the same guy singing the same set...it got a bit boring). During the day the pool was lively, pool bar open and entertainment...for the first few days. On Wednesday the pool...

We had a great stay. All was fine and clean. The pool was great and plenty of room to sunbathe. Within walking distance of the beach. And things to see in the local town. Not to far by bus to Marbella for a day trip.

Must be my 10th visit to the Cervantes. Rooms good, hygiene standards excellent, food a little repetitious but good, most of all, excellent service. The hotel was full, managing a large party of Irish music lovers and the atmosphere was friendly - a great stay!!
