Yes it seems to be. That's what I had booked and was given a newly refurbished room. It has a balcony, fridge, leather sofa bed, safe, tv and lovely big bathroom. There is no tea making facilities. The tv has no English speaking channels apart from the news. There is no hairdryers either

I can't really tell you as we stayed B and B but the food for breakfast was great, lots of choice and always fresh. There are lots of cafes bars and restaurants nearby if you didn't want to go all inclusive
