Good facilities on this campsite, 2 pools and childrens pool and play areas. Friendly and efficient staff. Small grocery shop and a bar/ restaurant serving very good food. 10 min walk to the beach and marina. Bus stop nearby. Some pitches under shade of trees.
Arrived for a weeks stay of chilled out rest , very busy site , very noisy woken up At 11pm with neighbours turning up And started to party , 7am the bar decided to empty all its used bottles into the recycling , WiFi was extremely expensive and useless !! We left the next morning , staff didn’t care less
We’ve just spent five months, our first Winter and Christmas out of the UK, at Camping Cabopino. The campsite is large, on a hill, with a friendly community living here full time and just through Winter (mostly English). The rental bungalows have different configurations catering perfectly for any requirement and stay. The site accommodates La Bruna Restaurant/deli and Mario’s which both offer takeaway service and a small general store. Many of the local restaurants have a delivery service. The beach with Cabopino Marina is a short walk away, as are the bus stops to Fuengirola and Marbella. The area is surrounded with shopping centres with no shortage of supermarkets, cafes, bars and restaurants. Cabopino means ‘Cape of Pine Trees’ which offers excellent unspoilt walking areas. As the campsite has mature trees offering shade through the Summer, there are only a few ‘sunny’ pitches which need booking in advance. The pitches have different sizes and shapes and would appear to cater for any motorhome or touring Caravan. If your unit is especially large we would recommend pre-booking. The Reception staff are fluent in many languages and are as professional as any concierge you would find in a 5 star hotel. …
A very good site, a little away from the relentless development of the area but close to a small, lively port and beach area. The transport links are good with regular buses to Marbella and Fuengirola from close to the site. The site itself is relaxed and the staff always willing to help. I'll be back next year so that must be a recommendation
Quiet and beautiful place with all the facilities, nice people and kind employees. Perfect for families with kids and pets. The cover pool is fantastic for the low season. Thanks for an amazing week !!
Very good well maintained site. Two heated swimming pools. Mario’s Bar is great with very good and friendly staff and entertainment on Thursdays and Sundays. Only downside if staying for long periods of time is having to constantly move pitch due to others booking the pitches for repeat stays quite often the only option is that stay on an uneven small or shaded pitch which doesn’t seem fair having to move for someone staying a couple of nights when staying and paying for many months at a time. I have kept my motor home on the site since July last year and am only going to move it to another site because of this reason.
Biught a mobile home here recently and couldn't be happier with the site. The facilities are excellent, lots of entertainment and activities for kids and families. Theres a lovelt restaurant called bruno's on the site too. The campsite location is convenient too, with Fuengirola just a 20 min drive!
Fantastic Staff throughout. Great Bar and Restaurant and a Shop which sells almost everything. Heated indoor Pool. Easy access to Beach and Marina. I’m a manual Wheelchair user and got around with ease and travel about 10 KMS daily to nearby La Calla. Highly recommend
Have stayed here several times in low season and love it. Efficient friendly staff, clean facilities and the clientele are pretty good on the whole!!. Convenient for beach and shops not too far. Could do with a bit more space for arrivals and some trees are a nuisance, especially when seeking the sun in low season or seeking satellite signal. That's only reason for not giving 5 stars. We'll be back! (Note that we're reviewing the camping pitches).
Very nice staff and good food at the restaurant. Good facilities. The bungalown was ok but poorly equipped in relation to the price. Very nice beach within walking distance. But the whole Costa del Sol is too agglomerated for me to want to come back.
