My husband & I recently enjoyed 5 days at this hotel. We booked to stay on red level and were not disappointed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the fourth floor, sea facing, It was fairly dated with a small bathroom but very clean. There is a wonderful aroma as you enter the spacious lobby,...

The first impression of any hotel is so important and the Gran Melia did not disappoint in this respect. Very welcoming even at a lateish hour and a speedy check in. The most notable thing with this hotel is the courtesy of the staff. Always helpful and attentive to the customer's needs. The beds were as comfortable as you could...

The position is good, having an indoor and outdoor pool and being in beautiful gardens. They have a pool bar and also through the gardens a cappuccino bar, which is very...

Stayed here for 4 days as a birthday treat from my Fiance. Booked a Superior Sea View Room which was lovely, however view was spoiled by a large tree directly in centre of our view, therefore definitely not a full sea view. Hotel wasn't full when we checked in so quite annoyed that we'd paid extra for this room type...

Great hotel, great facilities, great service, we booked with the hotel direct and got a voucher of food and drink for each day which was taken of room bill at end of stay. If you want a complete sea view you need to be on level 3 or above.

One of the nicest Hotels in which I have ever stayed. Genuine Five Star experience. Beautiful Bedrooms ( booked a Superior Sea-View ) and lovely Hotel Facilities. Staff are highly professional and friendly. Everything demonstrates pure Class. Great Breakfasts , with plenty of variety. However , this Hotel is expensive - My excuse is that it was for a Special...
