I had the most wonderful time at Puente Romano. Gorgeous hotel for the perfect getaway from the city surrounded by the most beautiful gardens, amazing palms and located one step to the beach. Felt in love with the Andalusian touch of some areas and the service was absolutely impeccable. As a vegan it was a big surprise to find so many delicious and new recipes (breakfast at el chiringuito is a must!). The gym: amazing! Sports, cool people, clubbing and so much more… I can’t wait for the summer to be back!

We spent 2 weeks at the hotel in May and absolutely loved everything. We tried almost all the restaurants, they were all of the highest quality. Room service worked 24/7 quickly and efficiently and was at an incredibly high level. I also used the concierge service, from which I was completely delighted. The concierge service found, bought and brought me even on Sunday what I could not buy by myself. I want to express my special gratitude to Diana, the girl from the reception, who speaks Russian. She is very responsive and helped me 24/7 with all the requests I made to her. I am very grateful to her. She was very friendly, smart, attentive and did everything as quickly as possible. We became friends with her. Thanks to such staff, this hotel is truly the best on the coast.

The place to disconnect from the routine! We were traveling along the Andalusian coast and we wanted to end our trip in Puente Romano and what a success! I recommend The chiringuito for lunch, Sea Grill for dinner and the plaza for drinks. Thanks Antonio from reception and Santiago from guest experience for the help.

A wonderful hotel in an idyllic setting. Rooms are furnished to a very high luxurious standard and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The paths some with running streams are a delight. Takes a bit of time to get your bearings but it is worth exploring the grounds. Restaurants are fantastic as well plus of course the club complex at the top of the hotel. This is clearly not a cheap option but all in all well worth the expense. Will return.

Top notch in service and cleanliness. Wonderful breakfast. Great tennis club. But expensive. The restaurants are great in variety but dificult to get a table if you don't book many days in advance. Also very pricy but quality is good and seevice level high.

Puente Romano is the actual paradise on earth. Quiet secret places, busy social life if you prefer, amazing hours under the sun in the pool. I don't wanna leave this place cause you have not only anything you need, but also, anything you want. Also, the staff make you feel warm and cozy, always with a warm smile. This is not an hotel. It's an experience.

When you visit Puente Romano you know you have had a truly great holiday! From being welcomed with a smile - and a glass of chilled Cava - to the breakfast in the sunshine taken at the Sea Grill - it was just very special. I also liked the way you couldn't reserve sun bed for more than 30 minutes. It just makes things so much more enjoyable - and we found a lovely place to sit in the sun after a leisurely breakfast.

We stayed here for 3 days. Hotel was recommended by a friend who lives in Marbella. This is a real 5 star… Great Bedrooms, service, perfect location, beachfront and on the Marbella boardwalk. Puente has so many amenities in this vast property - modern gym, tennis courts, bike rental, pools, high end spa, great bars & restaurants. We loved the fact we didn’t need or want to leave & not once hired a taxi. Even though it was off Season there was great atmosphere throughout. Given the fact we were hotel guests we were prioritised seating in all bars & restaurants which was fab. Breakfast in Sea Grill & Chiringuito were so good. We ate in Nobu our 1st night. We are both sushi lovers & it was amazing . I had black cod - Superb , delicate and so flavoursome. We then had drinks in La Plaza which adjoins Nobu. It was buzzing! A gentleman passed & asked how our meal/ drinks were going? We gave our positive feedback. This happened to be Gonzalo the GM. He sat with us for a few moments and was genuinely interested in our feedback & kindly bought us a welcome drink. A lovely man. He gave us great advice for our last two days & evening meals. We visited Lena a magnificent steakhouse & then Supper Club which was a real experience. Delicious meal whilst being entertained by Dancers & gymnasts. Afterwards there was a Niteclub. We willl definetly be back- Great service , location, Restaurants , Bars & Facilities. Great place to chill out! Keep up the great work guys..
