Stayed for a few days in mid-May and felt like I was at grandma's!! The owner is a lovely lady who did everything to make us feel welcome and at home. Don't skip the hearty breakfast with local farm-fresh eggs and produce from their gardens. They gave us great tips on not only where to eat great seafood but what to order to get the best authentic and local food. Tip: Pack light as most of the rooms are on the 3rd floor which means carrying your bags up a tight spiral staircase. But once you arrive you'll get gorgeous mountain views from the balcony!

The hostel is a quaint with an excellent location beside some of the nicest beaches in Marbella. The family who run the hotel are beautiful, friendly and generous people. The traditional barbecues are amazing and Marie makes the best paella I have ever tasted. If you're looking for 5 star accommodation, this is not the place. If you want and stay in prime location with a lovely Andalusian family with great food and a special atmosphere, this is the place for you.

This place is very price quality excellent for families with kids. Mind you it is not a 5 star hotel, a little too close to the road but the rooms on the back are very silent! The beach is just across the road and the food is excellent!
