I have stayed in a few hotels in Málaga but now always stay in this very conveniently placed hotel, close to Plaza Constitución. The rooms are comfortable and well kept by the friendly housekeeping staff and some laundry I required was returned in 5 hours (!) not y the expected 24. Reception staff are smart, efficient and friendly always willing...

Large quiet room with comfortable bed as requested. Pleased to see tea making facility in room although that was not mentioned on the description of the room. Good choice at breakfast and very friendly staff. Within easy walking distance to the old town. we ate dinner every night at the hotel during our week and the food was of exceptional...

The trouble with the star rating system is that within each grade there can be such a variance. Compared to other 4 star hotels stayed in on our trip this hotel is low on the 4 star grid. Really it has the feel of a 3 star. The location is good which is important but we wanted more than that....

A bit disappointing. The family room we had was very basic. bunk beds were in what can be described as the entrance hall to the main bedroom with No wardrobes or drawers and having the bathroom off here. The main bedroom was gloomy. The standard rooms were ok. The location - not the best though only 5 mins from the...

Decent hotel very professional staff. Breakfast average hot food is actually cold. Awfully slow lifts. Nice pool on the roof. Great views from the 5th floor. Taxi rank outside. Magical old town 10 mins walk.

Well situated hotel within easy reach of the old town. My room was small but perfectly adequate with a lovely bathroom with all the shampoos etc. There is a gorgeous rooftop terrace with a small pool and a bar. The bar was not open in February. Still nice to wander up there to take in the views. Apart from the...

Good hotel for visiting Malaga - just over the river from the main centre but within a 10 minute walk. Actual area a bit run down with graffiti but hotel and staff good. First visit to Malaga - OK but Grenada, Seville and Córdoba much nicer. We had a triple room which was off a good size and well maintained....

My Mother and Father were staying here in February when my father suffered a very serious cardiac arrest. The hotel got him an ambuance and he was saved thanks to them and the paramedics. My mother who is in her 70s stayed on in the hotel until he was well enough to travel home. I visited also and I have...

This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. I returned because I like its central location. there is a public car park opposite, which is handy if the rather small hotel car park is full. This time my room was considerably smaller than last time, but was not a problem as we came for a night out...
