We stayed inform March 5 -11,2020; right before the shutdown and we had a better than wonderful vacation. The food and service at the restaurant was absolutely amazing. The entertainment with David was over the top...I so enjoyed being able to sing with him. The spa services was divine...I had a hot stone massage. The gift shop was great. Our room was a three bedroom & three bathroom ocean view suite...it was so beautiful and relaxing. The concierge assisted us in booking a trip to Tangier, Morocco. The bus came to the hotel so it was Uber convenient. We had a superb time while there but there was no reason the trip had to be so long. We left at 6 and returned after 9. The bus/walking tour and food stop was great. I did not enjoy the high pressure shopping stops - they were staged to prey upon tourist...I am not talking about the unbearable but fun venders who followed you every step you took. I’m speaking about the stops to the stores. By the way the tour-guide was great. I forgot my gold earrings at the hotel and once I arrived home I did not call the hotel because of the shutdown. Once the hotel had re-opened I thought for sure that I would not get my earrings back. Last week I decided to call the hotel and enquirer if my earrings were found. A picture was sent to me and I confirmed that I was the owner. I made arrangements to have them sent to me. I am over-joyed with the employee and the management of this fine hotel...I would stay here again and again....it was that good!…
We returned to Playa Andaluza for 2 weeks in a 2 bedroom villa, we knew that the experience would be different under the "new normal" rules in Spain. However the resort team did all they could to make our vacation as good as they could! Yes there were changes, no organised activities, restaurant closed, etc. But we had a great 2 weeks, we were able to enjoy the swimming pools everyday, even though there were less sunbeds to support social distancing. The pool bar was open with it's daily Happy Hours. We were very impressed with the levels of cleanliness in the resort, they regularly sanitized touch points around the resort, the sunbeds were sanitized after each use. There was no daily clean in the apartments, but it was easy to get extra towels etc delivered and there was still a weekly clean after 7 nights. An excellent stay, which for us felt as normal as possible.…
As owners at this wonderful resort, we had to visit in July this year, instead of our usual Easter. It was a fabulous as ever. The extra steps taken to clean and sanitise are excellent, and we still had a wonderful holiday. The resort is spotless and the staff are amazing, especially the sports/poolside team. This really is a home-from-home for us and we love every visit. In fact, I am going again next week for a cheeky additional week - can't wait!
I came here by complete accident, but I'm so glad I did. Situated on the Costa del Sol near Marbella. And Estepona, this is a most complete resort. The apartments are beautifully furnished in Andalucian style with modern appliances. The grounds are spectacularly maintained. The staff are most welcoming, courteous and helpful and the place not only sits on the beach, but is complimented by numerous pools (one indoor), a fitness facility with the very latest equipment, a resraurant/bar, a gift shop and a Spa.. I'm sure your first visit won't be your last.
Great hotel, staff really amazing ( Federica gave me a stunning room, thank you). Great ambiance, all workers were happy, no problems at all. A certain return one day. Swimming pools extremely clean, no chair reservations allowed what is great for all guests.
