No need to repeat what has already been said The food is top notch, the hotel is superbly clean and elegant and I would eagerly have given a higher score but there are areas to improve. - the beach is disappointing even with shoes for the water. The sea can be choppy here and when it is the large stones are treacherous and it is difficult to enter the sea even when the water is calm. - the staff are lovely and the service is reasonable. It is not however outstanding as it is in some of the other Ikos resorts. - the entry level rooms are uncomfortable there is absolutely nowhere to store cases or hand luggage. no space at all in the bathroom for guests toiletries. not enough storage space in the room yet 2 whole drawers are dedicated to glasses and cups and saucers !!

It's the people that made our holiday, warm and personal service is what we experienced all around Ikos Andalusia. Still some of the team took it to yet another level. Angie at the Deluxe Collection has a real magic touch - can fix anything with a charming smile (behind a mask, but the eyes say it all). Along with Pilar and Irini patiently and carefully listen to our comments and then created some lovely surprises, nothing ever was a problem. At meal times Athanasia would appear to take us on a wine journey around the various cuisines having previously organised for us a really interesting Greek wines tasting. What else could one want in the great surroundings of a pretty well put together complex? Bubbles on tap must be the answer :-)

This is the first all inclusive holiday we have had and it took a while to get used to not asking for 'la quenta' after every drink or meal. We usually stay at The Marbella Club or Puento Romano and the meal and drink costs can be substantial. It can also be difficult to analyse the final bill upon checkout but here it was just room cost per night. We checked out yesterday (20th September) and will be returning next year with our children and grandchildren. We booked a de-lux suite and were upgraded to a suite with private pool overlooking the beach (room 5010) which was amazing. We stayed at The Sani resort las September and were taken back by the similarities only to discover that Sani and Ikos merged in 2016. Apart from the accomodation and facilities the highlight was the friendliness of the staff who always wore a huge smile and could not have been more attentive. The dedicated de-lux concierge team, lead by Maria, were a whats app message away and always responded immediately to any request. We look forward to returning in 2022 and were not surprised that our room was fully booked for the peak season.

We have just returned after a 12 night fantastic holiday at the Ikos Andalusia Hotel. It’s hard to put into words how amazing this hotel was. From the moment we landed at Malaga airport we were directed to our driver who took us to our resort. We were greeted by many staff who couldn’t do enough for us. The whole check in experience was totally different and stress free to other hotels we have visited. The restaurants and food was outstanding in every restaurant. The dinner by the sea was also a precious memory. The evening entertainment was also very good. What really made our holiday was every staff member. Nothing was ever too much trouble and every member of staff were always smiling and couldn’t do enough for us. Maria from reception always went above and beyond to help us and always had a lovely smile. We would like to say a special thank you to Angie from reception who was absolutely amazing. She was a very kind and professional member of staff who made us feel so special and warmed our hearts with her kindness from the first day we met her. Nothing was every too much trouble for her. Looking forward to our next visit. This was an amazing experience and hope you see you all again soon. Thank you to everyone for the lovely holiday M and C
