We experienced an extraordinary holiday in Ikos Andalusia. We were excited about the resort itself as well as from the professional yet friendly approach of all the staff. We felt there like a part of a family (IKOS family ;) ) We could communicate with the staff via WhatsApp which was very comfortable. All the ladies (Danai, Maria, Gigi) were really friendly, helpfull and did their best to make our stay unforgettable. There are 7 various restaurants snd swimming pools. You never get bored. The rooms are spacious a nicely furnished. And so do the bathrooms. We felt that we are valued as guests and that everybody was happy that we chose especially this resort. We had a really great time and we'd like to thank all the people who work there and who love doing their jobs (as you could feel it). Everybody is friendly, smiling, professional...that made our stay special. THANK YOU. Michael&Klara&Klara

What a exceptional, stylish and wonderful resort. From start to finish the attention to detail shone through. Delicious food with waiter service and so many menu options, which for an all inclusive was a unique touch, cocktails mixed to perfection and staff who were efficient, attentive and so friendly. We can't wait to come back!

My wife and me have been at Ikos Andalusia last week. We booked a wonderful one bedroom suite with private Pool and sea view in the deluxe building. Because of Covid it was not so crowdy. There were a lot of families with little babies and kids. But since we spent most of time in the garden of our suite, so it was not disturbing. Culinary wise, you really have a Choice between several restaurants. We recommend the Anaya (Asian) and the Oliva (Spanish) strongly for Dinner. Delicious dishes! The staff is incredible frendly and service oriented. Our special thanks go to Angie and Dimitra, you made a wonderful job. Important is also that you should make the reservations for Dinner and Spa treatments in advance, before the holidays.

Travelling during the pandemic is not easy but arriving at a resort like this makes it all worth while! From the arrival to the very smart and contemporary lobby where you will have a fabulous welcome by the guest relation staff who will take their time to work towards a personalised and tailored stay. Pilar did a great job at shaping our family holiday, providing us a meal plan and day to day support. Hats off to the garden staff who have made the landscaping stunning and colourful on a pristine resort, we spent a large majority of our time enjoying the pool areas and sampling the excellent food and different restaurants on offer, we did like the fact you can also have a different breakfast experience everyday, all the staff were excellent. Highly recommend taking the available bikes out and enjoying the coastal paths to Estepona, very nice and safe ride with family. We would definitely come back and I look forward to a more busy resort with more evening entertainment, if the team can maintain the level of service and excellence when things get back to normal this will be a big winner!

Gorgeous suite. Sea view. Fantastic staff. High quality food in restaurants. Pools were fabulous. Beach not quite as good as some of the other ikos resorts as lots of stones but hotel doing their best to clear them. Special mentions - Irini who is on reception, I think she is one of the supervisors - she was fabulous! And for wine connoisseur Athanasia who we met a few times and shared lots of knowledge about Spanish and Greek wines. Angela in the deluxe bar stood out too! First class for friendliness, all of the staff went above and beyond. Thank you for a fantastic well needed holiday! Spa treatment excellent also. Gareth and Lisa.
