The hostel is amazing as well as the city. Cadiz is a fantastic mix of Marroco, Cuba and Spain. The location is great, only a short walk from the bus/train station. Everything was what you would hope for out of a hostel experience. There was such an inviting and fun culture and the family dinners and breakfasts were amazing. The location is prime, the cleanliness is out of this world, and try to stay in the pent house if you can, the balcony is incredible!

I really enjoyed my stay at casa caracol. The staff are awesome, I went surfing with Aitor and had a lot of fun with everyone. Good memories. The building is well laid out, clean and there are hammocks on the roof to sleep on. There is a great chill-out room with a beer fridge, 50 euro cents per beer.

The hostel takes fabulous advantage of its tightly packed location hidden away in a back alley by stacking 3 floors of balconies and a roof garden upon the narrowest skylight lit atrium you could imagine. Between the roof-top hammocks / open-sky shower and the ever bustling kitchen reception - this bubbling atrium affect draws everyone out of their iPhone atomization... More

Warm welcome at the hostel, only thing was that the kitchen could've had a supply of clean tea towels to dry dishes properly and a separate one for hand washing. Otherwise a good atmosphere, I got talking to a lot of ppl in the downstairs foyer which was great and made some great connections with people. Thanks

In general the hostel is ok, nothing special. It is not that easy to find in a narrow street. Breakfast is included (pancakes) and it is quite cheap compared to others. The bathrooms are all private which is good, but one bathroom on each floor is not enough for all the guests. The pillow in the bed below me had... More
